This was easily one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. * Almost zero service -- we had to distribute our own plates, bowls, and utensils. No one came to refill water. * When we were ready to check out, nobody came. We waited and eventually discovered that we had to line up and pay at the counter ourselves. No one bothered to tell us. * But somehow, a 20% mandatory service fee was automatically added because our party was over five people. Then the payment screen asked for at least 18% tip, and the lady actually emphasized that "tip is not included in the service fee." Seriously? * And yes, there was also a 3% credit card fee on top of everything. The food? Average at best. Small portions, mediocre taste, so we had to order more. $291 worth of food somehow became $381 after all the fees. The most ridiculous part is the attitude -- almost no service, but somehow we're expected to pay a mandatory 20% service fee AND feel pressured to tip even more. If this is what they consider "service," then apparently customers are expected to serve themselves and pay extra for the privilege. Absolutely not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

We recently visited this new Thai restaurant as a family, and it was such a wonderful experience! My daughter was so excited to see the menu and decided to try a few different dishes. Some of them were a bit too spicy for her, but the restaurant was incredibly understanding and made a milder version just for her without charging us for that dish. I was truly impressed by their customer service and the way they handled the situation. The food itself was fantastic--authentic Thai flavors with a modern twist, making the experience even more special. I'm grateful to the restaurant for providing us with such a unique and delicious dining experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate us made the evening even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing Thai meal and top-notch service! read more

My wife and I recently visited this Thai restaurant, and it was our first time trying authentic Thai cuisine. We ordered five different dishes, and each one left us impressed. The Tom Yum Goong was spicy and aromatic, with perfectly cooked shrimp. The Pad Thai was a wonderful balance of sweet, savory, and tangy, with a delightful texture. The Green Curry had a rich, creamy sauce that paired perfectly with tender chicken. The Chicken Satay was grilled to perfection, and the peanut sauce was the best we've ever had. To top it all off, we finished with the Mango Sticky Rice, which was a refreshing and sweet end to the meal. The prices were reasonable, and the service was warm and friendly. We can't wait to come back and try more dishes!" read more

I recently went to this Thai restaurant and was blown away by the food, especially the som tam (green papaya salad). It's not easy to find som tam with this level of authenticity! The flavors were just perfect--sweet, sour, salty, and spicy, all balanced beautifully. The ingredients were super fresh, and every bite was full of flavor. I could taste how much care went into each dish. If you're looking for real Thai food, I definitely recommend this place. The som tam alone is worth the visit, but everything else we tried was delicious too. You won't be disappointed! read more

Great food very clean and the price is very good. The service is great. Anyone interested to join us to have lunch would definitely recommend to everyone. It is the best food in the Redding. It is New! and it is well clean. You will not be sorry. I just placed order on pad Thai and it is very good. The green curry is best. I never like elsewhere but this place has the best pad Thai noodle. Everyone. read more

The service was beyond unacceptable. One lunch showed up 20 minutes after the first. I couldn't understand the explanation for the delayed delivery but basically the end result was it was my problem because they didn't make it theirs. The food was OK not exceptional which is what the prices would suggest. No real character to the decor, it looked more like a diner. For me it was one and done. read more

Saw mixed reviews, decided to try it out. Needless to say, it exceeded my expectations. I got the spicy angel wings and pad thai. The angel wings were my favorite; a mix of sweet and spicy... mouthwatering. The pad thai was sour yet sweet, cleaned the plate. Service and atmosphere was nice, you pay at the cashier whenever you're ready. read more

The food here is amazing! We were up visiting from the bay and tried it out and loved it, authentic Thai food. Everything we got was amazing but the mango sticky rice was the best. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. We also got to talk to the owner and she is such a sweet down to earth lady. We will definitely be returning!! read more
