We were always able to get it working with some "TLC", but this year was different. Nothing we did could get the motor to operate properly. Domonick from The Awning Warehouse honored the warranty and sent out his technicians. They replaced the motor & remote, rebalanced and tightened up all brackets. I have hired these guys on at least 4 or 5 occasions. A few things:…read more - they are not the cheapest, so probably not your choice for doing a small banner or something very simple. - they are good for large and complicated jobs that I had to do for my clients (light boxes, lit led letters, multiple signs etc) - they are an actual shop. In other words I have visited them multiple times. They have a large facility on first floor and office upstairs. They are not outsourcing your work. - you CAN negotiate. This is brooklyn after all :) and you can negotiate in Brooklyn. - speed - well they are not the fastest, because they are busy and in a typical Brooklyn style customer service - they will sometimes tell you that ;) Having said all that - the jobs that they did were always of very high quality of workmanship and in the 5 or so years I have been retaining their services they did not let me down and have any of my clients complain about the quality (complain about speed :) yes that happened, but at the end they were happy).
