I have called and messaged her through her client portal, and she refuses to return calls and message back. My first concern is what would happen if there was an emergency with my pets. Would you not respond in a pet emergency as well? If she is this unreachable, it is a grave concern. Secondly, you trust these people with your pets, your home and they have your credit card that they charge erroneously and then they ghost you. Proceed with caution.
