She sends updates when they are en route to and from my house and always lets me know when he is safe and sound at home. We brought our pup to her so she could evaluate what was going on, and when he came home, she walked us through a step by step process that allowed him to be confident being home alone again. I was seriously concerned that we wouldn't be able to leave him alone ever again, but Elena knew what to do, and encouraged us to patiently stick with the program. Now we can leave him at home and he's relaxed and happy. The vet could only recommend that we drug him. Elena really knows dogs and she is excellent at giving them a voice. We are so grateful. Josh and his mom, Ann, have taken amazing care of my dogs, Molly and Lilly, for the last two years…read more They are reliable, responsible, trustworthy and flexible. They walk my girls every day and give them plenty of special attention. My dogs love them! My job is sometimes unpredictable and when I work late or go in early Josh and Ann are always happy to help out at the last minute by walking and feeding the dogs. They are always responsive and attentive. When I go out of town they "dog-sit" and stay the night with Molly and Lilly. I think they give my dogs more attention than I do! When Molly got sick a few months ago Josh and Ann were as concerned as I was and were very sweet about checking in on her and helping out with her new medication. Anytime someone in my building gets a new dog I always recommend Paws with Benefits. I've used other dog walkers in the past but this company is by far the best. Usually I expect the best to be the most expensive but their prices are very reasonable and I always feel like I get much more than I pay for. Because of my job and lifestyle I wouldn't be able to have my precious puppies if I didn't have someone like Josh and Ann to rely on. Seriously everything about Sapphire and her team is super professional. She knows alot about dogs and how they like to be treated.
