My pup is a five months old jack russell named Opie and she IS A handful!! What's worse, I'm a helicopter mom that likes to know what's going on with her at all times. =/ Shady Waggers has been the most graceful and kind company always gladly accommodating our "special needs" (lol) since we hired them! I feel so safe with them in my home and taking care of my little girl. One time Opie kept me up all night with a cough and in respiratory distress. I couldn't get her in for a vet appointment until later than next day and so I felt SO worried about leaving her in the morning. I reached out to Shady Waggers and updated them on the situation. Not only did they go above and beyond, going over and visiting/checking on her earlier than the appointment I scheduled with them, but they stayed longer and sent me updates on how she was doing and pictures. I'll never use another service for all my doggie care needs. Also the app they use is really cool, you can book all your appointments and pay through it as well as put all the information you need and want about your pup in it. so glad I found them and read their great reviews when I did cause they've made our lives better! read more

We brought Copper home when he was 10 weeks old, about 3 months ago and I called Shady because I saw his business card in our apartment's leasing office. He listened to all of my crazy dog mom requests and came to check on our baby up to 3x per day. He played with him indoors when it was hot and avoided places that I asked when Copper didn't have all his shots yet. He helped with crate/potty training and gave our puppy lots of love when we couldn't! He has been there since the beginning and Shady loves my dog like his own and always provides excellent care. Shady always goes the extra mile and provides superior service - when Copper chewed through his leash under Shady's supervision he ran to Petco to replace it the same day. He has taken Copper along with him on group walks to help socialize him and will bathe him, trim his nails, etc. without being asked. He even took Copper to Galveston once while we were away for the weekend - they hang like pals. I know I can rely on Shady to care for Copper like I would and I love seeing his Instagram updates throughout the day. Highly recommend!! read more

The absolute BEST dog walkers you will ever meet. They loved my dog (almost) as much as I do. They offer a variety of services and their walks include GPS tracking so you can see where your pup got to walk. They also took photos and wrote comments each time my pup got a walk. Their comments were heartwarming when they talked about my dog seeing friends at the park but also they would give me a heads up if something was off (like when my dog was having loose stool so I could make sure he was okay). Their app is easy to use as well. The owner, Shady, is so kind hearted and so are the other walkers (Ollie loved walks from Shady, Lauren, Craig, etc.). Shady did an amazing job taking care of our sweet dog while we stopped for a quick trip to Houston. We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and they are pet friendly, but we were unable to get her to a boarding facility on such a short notice. Shady came to the rescue! He was highly recommended by the Four Seasons Hotel. The whole time, he kept us informed on where they were, what they were doing. The photos he took were super cute and funny. His services are out of this world with how caring and loving he is towards our sweet Bella I was traveling for 2 weeks and he updated me with pictures and videos on a regular basis.
