It is not the company that it use to be. The owner has charged my credit card for services that were canceled way in advance. I have called and messaged her through her client portal, and she refuses to return calls and message back. My first concern is what would happen if there was an emergency with my pets. Would you not respond in a pet emergency as well? If she is this unreachable, it is a grave concern. Secondly, you trust these people with your pets, your home and they have your credit card that they charge erroneously and then they ghost you. Proceed with caution. This is not the Houston's Best Pet Sitters it use to be.

Mind you, it was a Saturday and I was calling around at 1 pm--they ended up taking us in, no problem! Now I've had nightmares with groomers in the past, Aleu is a Mini Australian Shepard and the last place we took her and asked for a trim, we came back to a shaved dog. It was a nightmare. Ju Ju's asked us how much we wanted cut, told us they'd have her ready in 2-3 hours and we were good to go! They called back in 3 hours on the dot and I picked up a beautiful little Aleu with the biggest smile on her face. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable. I am so happy with this place. MY DOG GOT KENNEL COUGH!!…read more UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE from 2/16/24: - instead of making a bunch of excuses and dictating policies the staff doesn't follow I would hope this would be a learning experience. - "Grooming" The staff did not require or ask for any vet records and when asked to provide them they said they were not needed. - I hope the staff learns from this experience and the establish starts following their own rules for the safety of the animals. - this was a learning experience for all of us to do better. I will never go to a place that does not require vaccinations and I hope the staff. - My pet ended up developing pneumonia and cost me over $1k in vet bills but is recovering and getting better. - I hope and wish for this to be a positive and learning moment for all invovled. Never trust a place that doesn't require vaccinations... I guess it's my own fault. I was in a rush and needed a quick hair cut for my dog and when I went to check her in they didn't ask anything about vaccinations. I was in a hurry so allowed her to go anyways since my dog has all her vaccination's. Lesson learned... my dogs "bourdatella" was on her last week and she was due a vet appointment the following week. Well she got kennel cough and the poor girl has felt Terrible. Cost me over $250 in vet visit and pills and they wouldn't renew her vaccine while she was sick so I had to go back this week and pay more money for a second visit and her get shots updated.
