On Monday he drove to get our new windshield, and he and his crew had it put in within a few hours after we got there on Tuesday. In a situation where we would have (and would have pretty much had to) pay any price, he gave us a good deal and even hammered some dents out of our hood and fixed the latch. Hopefully, we'll never need to visit him again but I would in a heartbeat if something was wrong with my car in Idaho.

The park recommended this guy, though not a RV guy, will come out to the park to look at my problem. Friday night at 8 o'clock Steve comes out to the RV park, looks at my hitch and we decide to go by his shop 1st thing in the morning. First problem was just getting the hitch disconnected from the 5th wheel. But Steve and crew were able to get it apart. Then they had to tear apart the hitch and repair the guts. The capture plate then had to be pounded back into shape. Then everything had to go back together. 3+ hours later, we were on our way. With only a small dent in my wallet. I have nothing but good things to say about Steve, his brother and friend. It's nice to know that business owners like Steve still exist in today's world. Steve thank you for your help.

Went to one spot, but they took one look and gave an estimate and I was off. I didn't felt pleased, so I connected with THIS business(referred by my sister) -Called front office to make sure I could have my truck be estimated and Gaby said," come right up Jose can take a look!" -Jose took a look at my truck...."HE LOOKED AT MY TRUCK, and I mean he went into detail" of the damage that was on the bumper and what had to be replaced and just everything!!! Not only that, Gaby came outside and explained the run down on insurance, took pictures (detailed) and the fact that they actually TOOK THE TIME to analyze my TRUCK IS A PLUS!! That showed straight up PROFESSIONALISM and I respect that. -Everyday I was briefed on my vehicle via email.I liked that-I wasn't left in the dark. -3rd day I was sent an email it was almost done, and got a call few hours later on a time to pick up. -Transaction was easy, the staff was super nice Jose came out to explain to my husband the rundown on what he and his crew have done and clarified everything.My husband respected that and NOT TO MENTION THE WORK ON OUR NEW BUMPER and black top looked perfect! "We are PLEASED!" I got in my truck and was sooooooooooo thrilled to not only have my truck back- but the work that was done inside the vehicle (felt like they detailed it-smelled fresh, they wiped down inside and can't say how much I respected that) It's the consideration of a company that understands the vulnerability of a vehicle to its owner. I recommend this place- the attention to detail, the questions I had, the team work of Gaby and Jose helping me and just over all great experience and customer service! It isn't the stench of someone smoking one dart in the car. Some you-know-what took my car out for a dirty weekend and returned it smelling like a 1987 Panama City Beach motel room. I have a documented allergy to nightshades! I cannot even get in the car, now! Why would anyone take a Camry, you ask? Well, additionally and possibly most important, this is a legitimate issue of stolen valor as the car is licensed with my husband's military tag.
