We stopped off at a another auto repair and they were swamped so they referred us here. We called a head and spoke with Brandon and he got us set up for the next day. Brandon and the whole team were awesome. We had to wait for parts but Hailey is a pretty awesome town so we didn't mind spending time here. The next day they completed the breaks, replaced the Fuel filter ( we found a leak) and they found one of new tires had a slow leak. We're now at their south location and same excellent service to repair the tire. I thought their price was fair a least better the Los Angeles Prices. All in all, great service and they know how to work on Sprinters!

I'd had the car for 6 months and done less than 10k. Being a responsible owner and not knowing this was wrong, I said yes stupidly. Absolutely ridiculous. I would have rated much higher had they not decided to take out an extra…read more$150 WITHOUT discussing it with me FIRST. My receipt in hand is for $600. They chose to pull out an extra $150 for a window that was damaged on their tow truck from the line breaking off (that he was in charge of, and had even told us it was possible he would break our hitch and he would not be responsible for which I agreed to). After the window broke I told Clay I would discuss it with him, after he found out how much it would cost. He told me he would let me know, and never did until AFTER the money was pulled from my account! He told me he was charging me the $600 recovery fee at the time, instead of the initial $375 BECAUSE of the window, so I assumed from the conversation that if it was grossly over that we could work something out which I was willing to do! However he instead charged my account for $750 WITHOUT discussing it with me!!! First, I know they have insurance as well to cover these kinds of things. Next, common business practice would say you SPEAK to someone BEFORE taking out however much you feel like from their account WITH NO AUTHORIZATION. They also go by another name, but it's the same company (posting this review on both). On top of all that when I called to ask about it, he said from now on if an RV gets stuck he will "just leave them"...... Real piece of work this guy is. Someone should cease this opportunity to start a tow business. I highly do NOT recommend. This could have been handled MUCH more professionally, but from the way it went I think I this is his normal type of behavior. PS anyone who would like proof of my receipt vs what they actually charged my account without my authorization feel free to message me. The entire incident and all exchanges at the time of tow were recorded on our security cameras on our rig, so I can't post it here. Clay- on a more personal note, I don't know you or understand the chip on your shoulder, but from the time you showed up I tried to be nice to you during a horribly stressful time for us. I even invited you to stay for dinner. I hope whatever turmoil is going on in your life gets better. But don't screw people over just because they are nice. That's low.

Went to one spot, but they took one look and gave an estimate and I was off. I didn't felt pleased, so I connected with THIS business(referred by my sister) -Called front office to make sure I could have my truck be estimated and Gaby said," come right up Jose can take a look!" -Jose took a look at my truck...."HE LOOKED AT MY TRUCK, and I mean he went into detail" of the damage that was on the bumper and what had to be replaced and just everything!!! Not only that, Gaby came outside and explained the run down on insurance, took pictures (detailed) and the fact that they actually TOOK THE TIME to analyze my TRUCK IS A PLUS!! That showed straight up PROFESSIONALISM and I respect that. -Everyday I was briefed on my vehicle via email.I liked that-I wasn't left in the dark. -3rd day I was sent an email it was almost done, and got a call few hours later on a time to pick up. -Transaction was easy, the staff was super nice Jose came out to explain to my husband the rundown on what he and his crew have done and clarified everything. My husband respected that and NOT TO MENTION THE WORK ON OUR NEW BUMPER and black top looked perfect! "We are PLEASED!" I got in my truck and was sooooooooooo thrilled to not only have my truck back- but the work that was done inside the vehicle (felt like they detailed it-smelled fresh, they wiped down inside and can't say how much I respected that) It's the consideration of a company that understands the vulnerability of a vehicle to its owner. I recommend this place- the attention to detail, the questions I had, the team work of Gaby and Jose helping me and just over all great experience and customer service! I hope to never get in a accident again- but IF I do, I know where I'm coming! Oh and they detail too, which I choose not to do just yet-but the prices I checked in the valley- this place beats them all. (Also you want a company that cares for detail- and they definitely are all about DETAIL) Cheers Perfect Appearance! And of course thank you!!
