They chose to pull out an extra $150 for a window that was damaged on their tow truck from the line breaking off (that he was in charge of, and had even told us it was possible he would break our hitch and he would not be responsible for which I agreed to). After the window broke I told Clay I would discuss it with him, after he found out how much it would cost. He told me he would let me know, and never did until AFTER the money was pulled from my account! He told me he was charging me the $600 recovery fee at the time, instead of the initial $375 BECAUSE of the window, so I assumed from the conversation that if it was grossly over that we could work something out which I was willing to do! However he instead charged my account for $750 WITHOUT discussing it with me!!! First, I know they have insurance as well to cover these kinds of things. Next, common business practice would say you SPEAK to someone BEFORE taking out however much you feel like from their account WITH NO AUTHORIZATION. They also go by another name, but it's the same company (posting this review on both). On top of all that when I called to ask about it, he said from now on if an RV gets stuck he will "just leave them"...... Real piece of work this guy is. Someone should cease this opportunity to start a tow business. I highly do NOT recommend. This could have been handled MUCH more professionally, but from the way it went I think I this is his normal type of behavior. PS anyone who would like proof of my receipt vs what they actually charged my account without my authorization feel free to message me. The entire incident and all exchanges at the time of tow were recorded on our security cameras on our rig, so I can't post it here. Clay- on a more personal note, I don't know you or understand the chip on your shoulder, but from the time you showed up I tried to be nice to you during a horribly stressful time for us. I even invited you to stay for dinner. I hope whatever turmoil is going on in your life gets better. But don't screw people over just because they are nice. That's low.

I had an oil change, all fluids checked and, left my 911 overnight for a polish and detail. They promptly delivered my 911, parked it in my garage and left. I didn't know it was returned till I opened the garage door and there it was. Great Experience at SVAC. I highly recommend SVAC for all your service needs. Are they cheap?, no, but worth every penny. I'm a loyal customer.

    My first poor experience with SVAC was with a poor installation of a water pump in 2020. Due to the…read morelack of proper bleeding procedures I could presume, it caused a burst in my coolant expansion tank due to a hot spot. Forgave and forgot, moved on from said incident and paid the bill after they would not discuss the issue. Then my vehicle was stored with them this past winter for a month or so, had valuable items inside including sentimental items. THOSE items upon pickup were absent from my vehicle. Everything missing, and spoke to staff they said they would get back to me but even after over a month now have heard NOTHING. The vehicle had some damages/scuffs/scratches after storage (it was outdoor, so can understand some was unavoidable but not the 2ft of snow/thick ice against paint during pickup) surprised at the lack of care for said stores vehicles whether inside or out. They also stated they'd discount the end month since it was not stored for said period, but did not follow through with that as well. That being said, would not recommend using them for any of there services. Because even there "specialists" don't know what they're doing. Hope this helps others avoid similar issues :)
