Stopped to see what was wrong, read the owner's manual... so I googled auto repairs in Arco. Gene's Automotive came up and so I called him at 4:00 PM. He told me to bring it in and he would take a look. I was nervous since I was unsure what to expect so far from home, but Gene took the time to check it out with his handy service iPad to read the computer on my car and totally explained in detail what the problem was. Thankfully it was nothing serious, he was able to clear the lights and I was on my way in less than an hour. Gene was very honest and thorough. I would definitely recommend his help any time!

We come here to get our fishing license for the week and load up on our bait. They also have a lot of one of a kind apparel that you can find for every member in your family. If one would like to see small town Idaho's store that is impressive I'd advise you to drive to Aberdeen f.e. where even Ace Hardware store is almost comparable to Home Depot in Pocatello, Stokes and Family Dollar are always neat and cashiers are always friendly. Plus all the camping facilities are only 10 minutes away including much bigger body of water where one may rent a boat.

We smashed our windshield while visiting Craters of the Moon on a Friday night. We got Smitty's…read morenumber from a park ranger and he answered on a Saturday morning. On Monday he drove to get our new windshield, and he and his crew had it put in within a few hours after we got there on Tuesday. In a situation where we would have (and would have pretty much had to) pay any price, he gave us a good deal and even hammered some dents out of our hood and fixed the latch. Hopefully, we'll never need to visit him again but I would in a heartbeat if something was wrong with my car in Idaho.

The park recommended this guy, though not a RV guy, will come out to the park to look at my problem. Friday night at 8 o'clock Steve comes out to the RV park, looks at my hitch and we decide to go by his shop 1st thing in the morning. First problem was just getting the hitch disconnected from the 5th wheel. But Steve and crew were able to get it apart. Then they had to tear apart the hitch and repair the guts. The capture plate then had to be pounded back into shape. Then everything had to go back together. 3+ hours later, we were on our way. With only a small dent in my wallet. I have nothing but good things to say about Steve, his brother and friend. It's nice to know that business owners like Steve still exist in today's world. Steve thank you for your help.
