Nothing bad to say. Solid service…read more I called today to see about a rough estimate for garage door spring replacement. Originally they were hesitant to give a price, but I wanted to get a ball park estimate as I don't live at the residence needing work so wanted a rough idea. They said they normally don't do that but after explaining the situation, I got a range. It was a reasonable range so agreed to have them come out. Btw, I called like 5 places and they all had a similar mentality about giving ballpark quotes. Chris the technician happened to be in the area and I was able to meet him earlier. He was able to replace both springs (only 1 was broken) but I choose to get 2. About 30 minutes later, door was fixed and I was on my way. He clearly had done this type of work for many year. He was quick and efficient.

Before leaving for vacation, we had the emergency cable stuck in our door while backing out of the garage. Fortunately, Alpine was able to quickly come out the same day I called, review the issue, and fix it, all within a quick period of time. We were very relieved to learn that it was fixable instead of having to replace the entire door. Great value for the money, and we are so grateful we have developed a relationship with Alpine for the future as well. Thank you all!

It was easy to make an appointment on line at my convenience. Jeremy, my technician, called to let me know he was on his way. The text link I was sent let me follow his progress to the house. He listened to my concerns, asked good questions about the garage door, and spent some time evaluating the problem. He then explained what he had found and we discussed three options regarding the best solutions. He showed me the cost of each option so I could choose what I wanted to do at this time. I felt the prices quoted were reasonable for the work to be done. After I approved an option, he completed the repair immediately. The technicians carry most of the parts they might need to do a repair in their truck. After he was done, he explained the work he had completed and showed me how to work the new equipment I had purchased. I am very happy with Precision and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.
