My beautiful 20 something daughter treated me to an afternoon at Lost Never Found. Although the staff and clientele was her age and a tad bit older, I did not feel out of place as a recent early retired person. My first impression was that the space was aesthetically pleasing and modern along with some great instagram photo areas. I had the chicken and waffles, in which the waffles were outstanding and the chicken was seasoned good, but a little hard and smaller than expected. My daughter had the french toast and a frozen margarita, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We both shared a whopping portion of plain french fries that were excellent. Our waitress Spencer provided us with outstanding service. She was nice, attentive and made us feel comfortable. The show was so much fun and we didn't feel slighted by any of the performers. Since the setting is more intimate than other drag shows we've been to, we were very close to each performer as if we were getting our own show right before our eyes. In some instances we couldn't see when the performers started on the other side of the facility or see the emcee. We also appreciated the person who collected the money that rained on the floor for the performers. That person was working hard along with each of the beautiful and talented performers. Service was terrible. I felt like I was in boys town . The crowd is definitely a very young crowd. The food was the worst part for me . I order the chicken and waffles .... When I tell you I got 3 little chicken nuggets I couldn't believe my eyes I was beyond disappointed I know what chicken and waffles look like lol and this wasn't it . It was a joke . Come for the drinks and decor but DO NOT EAT HERE. I don't know who is in charge of the kitchen but the food is absolutely HORRIBLE. The Italian beef pizza had barely any beef, a few peppers, and the rest was way too much gross cheap mozzarella. The wings were clearly frozen then refried and had barely any sauce. The habanero sauce they use had zero taste of habanero and no heat either. Just tasted like Frank's Red Hot or Crystal. The meatballs had no color on them, like they had been steamed. The flatbread they serve is like cardboard. And their burger is a sloppily put together (and disappointing) Big Mac copycat without the middle bun (also with no color or char). Just nasty overall. Dined here several times with co workers. Decided to dine with my cousin out of state as her first experience. We were seated and moments later, manager came to the table and asked my cousin did she have an altercation with a drag Queen who stated he had words with someone who could've picked up his money. We were so confused and felt uncomfortable with dinning. She stated she was nervous he would cuss her out and was trying to solve his problem. We were still confused. After her talking with the gentleman, she realized it was not my cousin and apologized. This was so wrong on all levels. Customers should not feel uncomfortable doing their dinning experience. Lost Never Found is a must to go to if you are in the city! Their menu choices for food and drinks will excite your pallette. Every item that I have had was full of flavor. Anything you would order would probably become one of your favorites and a must to go back to have again. Lost Never Found is definitely a memorable place to stop since their decor is a must to see too! You will 100% leave with many memorable pictures since every area in there is totally unique. The service was horrible at first due to a rude host, but the waitress, bartender, and manager were super nice, so I can't say the service is completely horrible. The food however, is not the greatest. My friend had some chicken that was not fully cooked. The rest of the table did not get excited over anything they ate. The drinks are not bad, but not amazing either. The prices should definitely drop at this place for the quality. The ambiance and overall vibe from this place is very nice. You probably cannot take a bad picture in this place. I want to give more stars in the future so hopefully they improve. read more

Sort of insulting tbh is that we ordered the calamari and spinach dip to start - they came out in less than 3 min and tasted like they were reheated and had a terrible presentation. The spinach artichoke dip especially looked disgusting and nobody wanted to eat it. Our first round of drinks however must have taken over 25 min. All around a messy night. The only saving grace was the pizza which was quite delicious and DID taste well made and fresh. The vibe here is fun and the drinks weren't half bad once they finally showed up. Our brunch entrees were a waste of money and we ended up having to order something to eat down the block immediately after we left. Best. Brunch. Ever. Obviously the decor is super fun and clearly perfect for a girly boozy brunch but I was not prepared for just how much fun we were going to have here. The food was beyond incredible- I got the steak & eggs and it was easily the most delicious meal I've had in my entire life. The steak cut like butter, the fries were perfectly crispy golden brown, and everything was coated just enough in an incredible butter sauce without being soggy at all, it was all perfectly seasoned, and I can't find a single detail to complain about. Next, I had the filet sliders which had my mouth watering from the moment they were delivered and my husband as the burger which he scared down. We were so full but then Eric, the Executive Chef, asked us if we wanted to try a special dessert that wasn't yet on the menu. What are you supposed to say to that? Next thing we know put comes this ginormous piece of ice cream pie, looking like a mountain range on a plate, smothered with chocolate, caramel, and macadamia nuts. It was out if this world. I went to the host who seemed instantly annoyed, I was walking with him when he checked the back, and he started saying you can't be in here when I was barely 1 foot in the door. Clearly I was just frantic about my bag. He was completely insensitive, rude, and condescending. I did not react or address it to him. I finally found my bag, I told the waiter as well. The booths have a huge gap between the seats and wall so just keep that in mind if you're visiting, that was where I found my bag.
