On my previous visits the staff explained how the scoring worked, but that didn't happen this time. Three groups ahead of mine didn't know how to enter their scores or forgot, so they just stopped playing. I also think the reservations could be spaced out better. Groups ended up stacked on top of each other waiting for the same hole. Thankfully, everyone was still pleasant about it. I'd definitely go back, but I hope they make a few operational improvements.

I did inquire about birthdays and they said there are different packages that range for each number of invites of children who want to golf. We only found one ball and it was ripped and deflated. If I ever came back again, it would definitely be on a day that they have a special or a deal. Ropes course and zip line is definitely great for beginners kids or adults. I just feel like the price should not be charged fully is everything is not working and available.

During my race session, the race was stopped multiple times because other drivers spun out. Staff stated these interruptions were necessary for safety. However, during the same session, I was struck multiple times at high speed by other karts, and the race was not stopped, nor was the situation addressed. This inconsistent handling of safety created a situation that felt unsafe and poorly managed. Because of the repeated interruptions and the collisions I experienced, I requested a refund after the race. My request was denied without a clear or reasonable explanation. What made the situation worse was the way my concerns were handled by an employee named Gavin. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and went on a prolonged rant blaming customers for what was happening on the track. I felt dismissed and disrespected rather than assisted. This is not acceptable customer service. I paid for a safe and well-managed racing experience and did not receive one. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously. I am requesting a refund for this session and a response explaining how this situation will be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future. I look forward to your prompt response.

This is one of the most beautiful parks I've had the pleasure of visiting. There are beautiful views, playgrounds and lawn space for children's play, plenty of parking, trails for walking/bike riding, several bridges, and large trees to compliment the fields. The park is well-kept as everyone here ensures cleanliness and top maintenance. As my dad and I sat down on the bench and soaked in our surroundings, we observed a plethora of activity which included some people flying drones, kids competing in the playground's obstacle course, elderly folks walking, dogs running amok, people racing toy cars, and a few people cycling. The positive energy and vibes were radiant. I'm glad we stopped by here. Definitely worth a visit in Charlotte!

I was so scared at my first lesson, but pushed through my fear and I'm so happy I did. Jeanne is a patient and thoughtful instructor and she has a clear connection with the horses. She also wanted to understand my goals and matched me with the right horse. Lastly, I feel completely safe on and around the horses and my favorite part of the lesson is grooming the horse afterwards. Her farm is also a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, but so close - 15 minutes from Uptown. On the days when I have lessons, all the stress of the day melts away as soon as I hit the gravel driveway. If you're looking for lessons for yourself or your kids, I highly recommend Charlotte Equestrian Club.

I bought tickets before we even had a hotel booked! We arrived the day of with our dragon in hand (that came with our copy of Dragons Love Tacos 2) and my toddler son decked out in his dragon sweat suit. We were ready! Our show was on a Saturday at 3pm. If you arrived at 2pm there was a free behind the scenes tour of the theater. We of course took full advantage! 2pm we were squished with many of the other patrons all ready for the free tour. We were greeted and then moved into the theater. It seamed like over half the audience that day showed up for the tour! This made it difficult to move as a group through the backstage and hear everything being said. Was it cool to see where they make the sets and store the props? Yes! It was great feature I am thankful they offered but maybe needs more organizing for large groups. Another little tip for their tour guides, don't tell us what we cant see (costume area) because of the large group. Just bummed me out (and if it wasn't said I wouldn't have thought we missed out!) Also it was posed before the show arts and crafts available. Once the tour ended we were asking around about the crafts. we saw people with crafts. People had no idea! More organization needed as the crafts were taking place inside the library! We showed up with only a few minutes to do crafts because we wasted time asking people about the crafts! The show... not totally like the book but close. My 10 year old thought it was a little too young for her and my 1 year old was quiet for the whole hour! The 4 year old with us, he was mesmerized! So I would suggest when they say children's, aim for kids under 8 here. The production was pretty good with great visuals and a great destruction scene! This is not low budget by any means. Cool thing they did, after the show they let people stay behind and showed how the crew talks to one another on their headsets to make the action happen on stage! (This was geared more toward a 10 year old as opposed to a 4 year old understand what was really happening.) What could have been better? Let people enjoy the show more. The staff working in the audience were intense. I was approached by a kid, like 12 years old, who told me I couldn't give my 1 year old his bottle and the other two kids had to put away their candy. At no point at the beginning of the show was an announcement made about food/drinks in the auditorium. I am a rule follower. I would oblige. But not letting my 1 year old get his bottle seams a lot ridiculous! I kept watching the ushers go up to many other patrons about use of cell phones and everything else. It was distracting. Calm down folks. We came for the dragons. Speaking of which, I told my daughter when we bought the tickets: I don't know how they will make dragons appear on stage so it could be amazing or terrible but either way we will never forget what we will see. Truth: we will never forget. (The Dads wholeheartedly agree!)

Some of the games require you to touch balls and leave your hands feeling icky, maybe that's a me thing but why have sanitation stations set up that aren't working or empty. Number two, she was super helpful with helping us figure out how to distribute our weight and throw to maximize our points and skill. I got progressively better each time and even won one round!! I got several bullseyes and called the blue dot and hit it (I forget what that's called but it's good) Anyway, yes wear closed toe shoes but nothing with a platform (crocs or sneakers will do). I will absolutely be back it was a fantastic experience.
