The line could be out the door and service is fast, efficient, yet not rushed and they're very kind. The baked goods are made there and while I haven't tried them all, between my friends and I , we have tried most. All have been delicious and done amazing unique combinations. It's fun to see new items to try. The environment is lovely. It's comfortable to sit and relax. There's outdoor seating and all of it, inside and out, are beautiful, comfortable. They have larger tables that seat up to 8 which has given me the opportunity to meet new people. And there are private tables to do your computer work. They truly have it all. It's become one of my favorite hangout and drink tea. People watch or engage. I'm there at least once a week.

I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it.
