Replaced anode rod in hot water heater and cleared out clogged pipe (a lengthy process due to root intrusion). I own a custard shop and my faucet broke Friday night. Saturday morning I tried contacting a few of…read morethe plumbing contractors I have used in the past.... They either did not answer their phone or told me they can't come out until Monday. Thank goodness, I contacted Eary. We FaceTimes, showed damages and he walked me through how to do a temporary solution until he could get the right parts when the part store reopens on Monday. He arrived promptly on Monday to do the repair. And I was back to 100% sink abilities by noon. A operational sink is crucial because I run a custard shop. We need water to make sure things are thoroughly cleaned. Thank goodness for this service. I would 100% use them again.

Called them to help diagnosis intermittent flooding in one bathroom related to high water use like…read morelaundry. Donald Cross first said with no examination that there was a blockage from the bathroom to the septic tank (which was emptied less than a year ago). He snaked the drain from my shower, then amended his diagnosis to say there was no blockage and changed $460 for snaking the clear line, which took 5 minutes. He left after telling me I probably need to replace my septic tank and drain field, which may be true, but I am left feeling like I paid a lot of money for nothing.

Contacted this company as they had very high ratings and had been in business for a long time…read more They also advertised they went all over the area including my area. Left voice mail and did not get a call back. Called a little later and got someone obviously on mobile. Briefly described problem and was asked what area I was in and when advised they told I could get someone closer. I mentioned I called due to reviews etc. and he then asked me for more detail. Afterward he advised what he thought it could be and said he would call me back later that day. that was 5 days ago. After researching it appears the owners that had all the good reviews and had been in business so long had sold out so that probably explains the lack of service or desire to work.

This company came out so quickly and worked til midnight to replace our a/c and fix some plumbing…read moreafter a car crashed into my house. They did a great job! That was 2 weeks ago. Since then there was a concern with the a/c. I have called 3 times to schedule someone to come out. I was given a date and a time window. However, no one ever showed up, no one ever called to reschedule. I called again and requested to speak with a manager. I was told I'd get a call back and never did! So, now I have to file this complaint so that potential customers are aware, once they receive payment....they don't care to honor their work or warranty. Still haven't had the issue addressed.

They bid $14,400 on our project and we had a competitor do the same work for $2450. In my opinion, public sentiment over these business practices will crumble their reputation. Too many bad reviews and especially about over pricing and vagueness regarding basic pricing for…read moresimple jobs. I'm aware that some jobs might seem simple before the techs start the work and sometimes things are unknown until they're in the process of doing the work. However to not be able to give a general price to replace three dimmer switches! They fail to see that times are hard for nearly everyone and people have to prepare more than ever especially with the high cost of products/, etc. They could always have a disclaimer that it's just a quote and the actual cost or actual price may vary and won't be provided until after either inspection and/or repair. I'm providing this rating by seeing the astronomical horrible reviews and also my telephone experience with their customer service/scheduling department not being able to give me a quote but will charge me a fee for a quote when they can tax write off the gas and time of their employee coming out. These companies know they can do that but are ripping people off left and right. Reviews matter and it's disappointing that they've changed for the worse it appears than when we were referred to them by a well known Church/School on the westside by I-10. I've already had electricians out here numerous times as we have a home warranty company that's already done the necessary research and I know what's needed and that's to replace three dimmer switches. I couldn't get a general quote nor an hourly rate so I'll take my business elsewhere! Thank you Yelp and Yelpers! Blessing to you all.
