I have found that the current Manager, Eileen Deaton has been the best Manager to deal with any issues you bring to her attention to the best of her ability, some issues are out of her control and can only be fixed through Corporate, but she addresses anything brought to her attention very promptly. It's very reassuring to also see that the maintenance crew she Manages, has respect for her and the property to always keep the park looking well maintained. Yes some things have got much better but definitely not the amount of rental monthly increase. It has never even come close to this amount in my over 10 years living here. We booked same-day by phone, and received a confirmation email with instructions for after-hours self-checkin. Upon arrival, we picked up a personalized envelope containing a park map and rules, amenities key card, and directions to the assigned spot for our 40' RV. Lovely grounds with paved roads, concrete parking pads, and a landscaped picnic area for each site. If clean and spacious bathrooms matter to you, you'll love the ones here! We didn't stay to use the other resort amenities, though the pool area, social house and shaded path benches looked inviting. Thank you, Premier, for our first experience with a first-class RV Resort!

The 3 gals we came in contact with in the office were super nice. 2 nice large off leash parks we didn't use but the grounds have plenty of green grass areas and doggy pots. Now if you are gonna call yourselves Premier and Resort you definitely need to upgrade your cable and Wi-Fi. Though we did get many channels with our antenna. We also had good Verizon cell service so I didn't use the Wi-Fi. We will stay here again during a time when it's not 110 degrees.
