I'm removing 2 stars as I have just received my paperwork on my rental increase for this year. $48.00 a month increase!!. Yes some things have got much better but definitely not the amount of rental monthly increase. It has never even come close to this amount in my over 10 years living here. I truly hope this is not going to continue going up this much or more every year! read more

I have been residing here at Starlite for 7 years now. A very well run Mobile park, with new management taking over a little over a year ago. I have to say when the new owners took over I was wondering if they would take a more active role in placing a customer friendly manager in place.... Which is exactly what they did. Barbara and Krystal go out of their way to listen to the residents, whether they are a positive thing to say , or a complaint. To me that is the backbone of a successful run Mobile Park. As stated by some of the other reviewers,, they are again making the clubhouse a happy place to gather for the residents,, for different functions that Barbara & Krystal put on monthly, and at times weekly. I look forward to continued interaction with Barbara & Krystal as my own years tick along. read more

I moved to this community two years ago never met anybody really here in the park. Everybody just kind of kept to themselves. Barbara came to the park as Park manager she and Krystal has made a lot of changes they've got people going to the clubhouse for games, movies, fitness, barbecues, pizza parties ETC. I have met a lot of friendly people here because of everything going on in the clubhouse now, It's very pleasant, very friendly people. It's a very nice place to live. I'm glad I made the move here lots to do it gets us out of our houses we're able socialize and we all need that. A big THANK YOU to Barbara & Krystal. read more

We have lived here for 16 years and it is home. We are a gated community so that is really nice. Most people are very nice here and it is drama free. The rent increases are pretty low and the manager is really nice. The grounds are kept up here so it looks like a nice community instead of a junkie mobile home park. read more
