I would not recommend this part to anyone it is a senior park and they have been working on it but Eileen the current manager is a horrible person. She is abusive to the tenants bragging and finding it comical when she drives an innocent disabled elderly person from their home even commenting to other tenants she's going to own that trailer and laughing about it. I have lived here for near a decade and she has not only directed her abuse towards me but other people in the park as well causing me to go to the emergency room because of my heart several timesThe outside and inside of my home is very neat I go to bed by 8 o'clock because I am severely disabled I am not up early I am polite to my neighbors and have a good Relationship with him. Eileen Deaton is nothing more than a fast-talking liar and bully. Along with her thug helpers, they refuse to do basic services like collect garbage... putting a hardship on the majority of the PAID victims stuck in this hellscape. Victims that are handicapper and disabled and a lot of them do not even have basic transportation to move garbage themselves. Eileen along with the large slumlord management company J&H Asset Property Mgt. Inc are the worst kind of bloodsuckers. A park designed to be free of dangerous Pitbulls, Eileen Deaton has one and allows them in the park freely! No care about anyone's safety just like she refuses to put hers on a leash. Out of state plates on your vehicle? No problem. Openly breaking the law.. only breaking the rules of the park. Eileen is a criminal without question. One can only wonder if the main office does any kind of criminal or phycological background checks before allowing the terrorism to continue one manger to the next. To keep boosting rent and fees and give nothing back constantly. To allow slum managers to higher thugs that only make matters worse shows how much they really care. The park is a slum. It amazes me other posts havnt disclosed the true nature of this hell hole. Even in Redding, a city that should be listed on the top 10 worst places to live in California, not the top 20. This "retirement community" has zero moral because everyone is sick to death of a drunk office manager that screams and attacks everyone while counterpart "maintenance-man" cant be bothered to lift a finger while both bully and harass paid residence. The only thing ever touched is a pet race car, that's hidden in an off-building, that shakes the earth and disturbs everyone. Then the owner drag-races up and down the park with no care for anything. It would be a lot better if the absentee owners (who live out of state) actually cared about the park and the money they pay these two losers for doing nothing, quite seriously... week after week. Pot holes grow out of control. Burned out lights stay out. This all while a huge population of violent bums are just a few hundred yards away doing hard drugs in full view of the public while police are too frightened to leave the patrol car. They should put a sign over both entries that says "Abound all Hope" for the hell this place is. The only way to fix it? Absolute garbage, waste of air "manager." Had to go to this trailer park to pick up a table from one of the residents and the manager for whatever ugly she was chased us down with her car and almost hit us, rolled down her windows and screamed "I'm the manager of this park. Thanks for stopping at all of our stop signs. Get the fuck out of my park!" We were stunned as we had no earthly idea what this ugly ass cow (and I don't mean to insult cows) was talking about. Drugged up, washed up, waste of of air, lump of useless flesh is what she sounded like. I had my son in the car with me too and this bitch had the nerves to intimidate us, not to mention threaten us. If this bitch so much as hit us, scratched my car, or any of the stuff she was trying to pull, then so help her God.
