Um okay, shouldn't they take that option off of yelp? So my husband tried to call in the order and the girl told him that they didn't take orders over the phone. My son offered to go get us an order. All this was with 30 minutes of them closing. My son finally gets the order. Greatly disappointed due to the food being cold and the sweet fries were just limp. I was thinking they had good buns but these were just regular tasting buns. They got the order correctly. I'm not sure if I'm going back or not. Maybe a hit and miss place.

I ordered a few meats - and owner recommended that I go with a 2 meat plate to save money. So, I did. I ordered brisket and ribs. Both were soooooooo good. Many places claim to have awesome bbq, but in most cases, I leave feeling a bit let down. Not so with Texans Barbecue and Catering, Their food is the real deal. The brisket has an amazing flavor that gets even better with their delicious barbecue sauce. And those ribs...if you have dentures, you can devour these ribs without your teeth, haha. It literally falls off the bone. The staff are very friendly. They said hi to folks be name so I take it they have a lot of regulars. I have to figure out how to get up here more so I can be one of those regulars. I posted some pics of the place inside. It's small, quaint, but that aroma when you're walking up -- you know you'll be in for something magical. Absolutely love this place!

The ambiance was top tier - which I wasn't expecting. You can tell a lot of locals dine here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The menu is quite extensive. I feel there's something for everyone - including children. Because my children have a LIMITED PALETTE! There was nothing appealing for my three year old. However my five year did enjoy a plate of garlic noodles with chopsticks- she is a pro at this point. Yes, they have chopstick helpers for beginners. As for the adults, I had the the Lychee martini (cold and refreshing), spicy soup, two hand rolls (tuna and yellow tail). When I told him those were the dressings he looked up the sauces and then rambled them out quickly so I could not follow. Then he just let me behind the counter to look at the computer screen. Teach your staff the menu or put your sauces on the menu.
