I went to pick it up on Wednesday, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. When I explained that I had already called it in on Sunday, the employee initially said she didn't see anything in the system and told me to come back the next day. After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

These types of markets are usually packed with food items, this one is no different. I usually just get fish and vegetables here, can't beat the prices. Easy to navigate, got my things and went to check out I walked to self checkout and someone was outright shoveling candy bars in their pants without a shirt on. The workers were chatting up front and workers passed the guy and didn't say anything Which, oh well, everyone should have something to eat. My gripe is more about the workers socializing when 3/5 self checkout registers were ppl who needed help or just abandoned mid purchase. Refusing a purchase over one cent, especially after I had already added another item to meet the minimum, is ridiculous and very poor customer service.
