    Mole sampler.

We met the owner Sra, Laura and she treated us like family. The moles are excellent. Try the sampler of 7 different moles . They are all distinctly delicious. If you come to Oaxaca you must come to her restaurant, Los Pacos.

Excellent Mole choices here. Had the Negro version and split it with my wife and there was plenty for both. Came with white rice and plantains. The chips they serve with the three dipping sauces were very good. Ended with a cappuccino but it was lukewarm. Wasn't happy about that but we needed to leave. Service was just too slow here. Remember a jacket at night if you dine on the rooftop and if you don't speak English, have a translator app ready. The service did not speak English.

I really enjoyed this place! If you're coming to oaxaca for mole this is the place to try. Its one of the few places that offers 7 different moles! I got the sampler which includes 7 small bowls with one of each of their moles. Each mole is accompanied by a different meat and comes with rice thats had friend plantains on it too! Drinks were not bad either.

Recommended on Yelp and food tour.. it's on the high end side for Oaxaca city. A meal is going to run you $15 American dollars. Mezcal cocktail was great. I loved my mole verde enchiladas. Recommend. Definitely a great spot to try different moles. Staff very professional and helpful.

Torta Oaxaqueña. OMG this is huge. This sandwich is for two people. We ordered the stuffed chile on the side.

Awesome food. Servings are enough to share. This is a nice place for a date, they won't regret it.

Go straight up the stairs to the rooftop, order a house mezcal and the 7 mole tasting.

One person order the 7 mole sampler. Second person order grilled chicken and there's plenty of mole there to dip into and share. We stopped in for a late lunch...lots of fresh hot tortillas and we requested side of quacamole with the chips that was really yummy. Not a special occasion place but good for a lunch break from shopping!

Look at that! Good for 2 people . You must savor not gorge.

This place is rustic and I believe is family run a nd owned. They are known for their moles which were all Devine. My gf ordered some type of spring salad ( all organic) and I ordered 6 different types of mole combination served with rice and hand made tortilla. We of course had two michaladas each and scarfed down on a type of tortilla that has a hard texture, layered with pig fat and sprinkled with fresh goat cheese. Freaking to die for. This place was a bit more upscale and not for 21 year old horny dudes looking to slam tequila down their gullits.

A nice little place but not the best food. They had a nice mole combo plate on pork. The tortillas were a bit stale. Nice service. Pleasant.

We were able to get a seat right away and the servers were super helpful. My friend wanted to try some mezcal and they let us taste a couple before choosing. We sat at the restaurant instead of the bar because it was cuter and I wanted food too. I tried two of their fruity mezcal drinks and loved both. I forget the names but one had watermelon, and the other had coconut and lime. I ordered cheese stuffed plantains with mole and this was soooo good. It was very filling too!

I thought it was funny when I got the menu and the food menu was only one page while the drink menu was five pages. The outside of the restaurant is blue-ish and the restaurant has multiple rooms. The ceviche del dia ($190 MXN) was a little sweet and not as tart or sour as others I've had. The tacos de sirloin ($170) were really good and were our group's favorite. The taquitos dorados de mole negro ($140) were okay; there was no meat just in case you were wondering. The aguachile rojo de camaron ($190) were good. The esquite con tuetano ($100) was not like a typical corn in a cup but it was closer to a corn soup. For drinks I had the pequeño gigante ($210) which was good. The paloma madura and paloma margarita were both favorites among our group. We went during the day and it wasn't that busy but supposedly it gets way busier and livelier at night.
