Taco bar and salsa

I really enjoyed this restaurant the chicken tacos. Chicken burrito was excellent. The chicken is all white breast shredded homemade the food is good reasonable not overpriced. Also it is clean.

Burrito

They are not what they used to be. I GOT A Grande carne asada burrito with 10 percent meat and 10 percent beans, rest all rice, the same fir my wife's rice bean and cheese burrito. NOT WHAT THEY WHERE The Chile reno had almost no cheese

Small Mexican restaurant offering tasty fast food. Open early for folks like me is a big plus. Didn't wait long for my food. Gotta love a fresh salsa bar. I ordered ham and eggs with rice/beans. Very good and good portions. Delicious beans. The food was cooked right in front of me. Only downside was that they didn't provide me with utensils or hot salsa. I'm sure it was an honest mistake or I must have not read a sign stating utensils and salsa upon request. Other than that I was satisfied.

Fish taco. Still swimming in the tortilla

Fish taco served raw. Did not notice until got home. Taco still cold, batter falling off, not cooked thoroughly.

I work at at Vineyard Barber and Beauty down on 4th street. I stop by here on my way back from the bank to pick up lunch for the boss and myself I get us #4 combos. The Fish taco plate, not only is it a great price it's always delicious. So far everything I've tried has been very good. I highly recommend this spot. Next time I'll get a picture of the food. 5 stars.

All of our past servers have been young, energetic and respectful and Natalie on this day was no different. She was very attentive and always smiling. The youth there give me hope for the future of America, they always project a sense of caring. You can tell right-away this is a neighborly place, several people walking in being greeted by name from servers and cooks in the back, all with a wide smile. I'd like to add, with the cost of going-out sky rocketing, I was surprised by, what I thought, were very reasonable pricing for a good quality meal, ambiance and service. Everyone talks of the high tipping rate here in California, I must say, this is one of the very few places I tip big, along with a big smile. Keep up the good work! Fernando

This was my first visit, and it's conveniently located right off the 15 Freeway. We had Jenifer as our waitress (she joked that her name tag is missing an "N" ), and she was fantastic. Since it was our first time, she took the time to explain the menu, answered our questions, and even recommended we try one of the soups. Her friendly and attentive service made the experience even better. We ordered a breakfast plate, and everything was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was flavorful, and the pancakes were light, fluffy, and so good. I also had the strawberry lemonade, which is made with real strawberries, making it incredibly fresh and refreshing. For dessert, we shared the peach cobbler, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The restaurant has plenty of seating, including counter/bar seating, and there's lots of parking available. Overall, we had a great first experience and will definitely be back. If you're looking for a classic diner with great food, generous portions, and excellent service, Richie's Diner is worth a visit!

I honestly saw the prices and saw what people were walking away with... it turned me off. But my husband got a a breakfast burrito and French toast... we got the breakfast burrito and I took a bite. It was good, but definitely not worth the money and the 45 minute wait. Then we waited another 15 minutes... the French toast still hadn't come out. So my husband went to go ask and they said another 20 minutes... okay so one hour for French toast? Then we waited 30 minutes... we needed to leave so we went inside to see where it was at... girl at the counter said another 15 minutes! Like what! So I was mad now at this point. I stood there right in front of the counter making sure they can see me because everyone who ordered French toast after us had gotten theirs, ate theirs, and left already!! So she finally put it in a to go container and just placed it in a bag and threw it on the counter. Didn't even look at us! So you know what! Forget this place. This place is meant to look trendy and take your money! That's it! They have a sign that says "Want better, not more" Yah well we did want better, but we got more bs from another wanna-be brunch spot

Perfect for avoiding the crowd. I ordered the "Accident #1" which is a Chicken Fried Steak, Gravy, 3 eggs and includes two sides. I chose the Country Potatoes and Homemade Biscuit. Delicious and generous portions. It was everything I was hoping for and left no crumbs behind. The service was warm, friendly and I also loved the retro diner vibe of the place. I ordered a diced ham scramble with homestyle potatoes. The ham in the photo looked sautéed with some char, but in person it tasted more parboiled/warmed than actually cooked on the grill. The potatoes had an odd enchilada-style seasoning and were inconsistent, some were cold and chewy while others tasted fresh. A second dish we ordered came with hash browns, they were dry and underseasoned. The biscuits tasted more like sheet-pan biscuits than homemade. We also tried the "famous" coffee cake (lemon poppyseed flavor that day), but it was extremely tart to the point it made your mouth pucker. For $53 for 2 entrées at a diner breakfast, we expected much better quality and freshness. The concept has a lot of potential, but overall it felt overpriced and underwhelming.

I am not easily impressed but I had to have another of that sauce. The only thing I would critique is the beef perhaps could have been sliced. If I tried to take a bite - a bit of the fillet mignon tip would fall out. Minor complaint. The only reason I cannot give a 5 is when I came for lunch on a weekday I noticed no one at the counter while I ate. Some people came and walked out because no one greeted them. I think one guy was on a break and some girl was doing something else. That is the only thing I would say was bad and it did not personally happen to me.
