We also bought a carne asada burrito and it held up well for the 2 hour drive home. It was surprisingly very good to-go. The meat was flavorful, we did not need to re-heat it, very good. The meat also had an unusual color and was overly salty. Considering the amount of business they're likely getting from the Tesla charging station outside, I think they could really invest in improving the overall appearance of the place and, more importantly, the quality of the food. Maybe they don't feel the need to because so many customers are just passing through and they won't see them again, but in my opinion, there's definitely room for improvement.

But for a Taco Bell this one is on point. For the first time in forever, I felt like I was getting my moneys worth there was meat and enough cheese in the taco to satisfy me and I get them without lettuce. I actually went here twice in the last week. I went on vacation from Vegas to Anaheim and I wanted some luncheon so I went through the drive-through and I had asked if my tacos were made without the lettuce and the guy working in the window made a little cheeky joke, which I really appreciate it. It was so cute and well time he's like oh it has extra lettuce on it. It was adorable. I super loved that he showed his personality and you didn't have the typical Taco Bell experience where the window person is robotic. I went through today ordered the exact same thing I had before pulled up and JUAN it turns out was working the window again and he remembered me and I told him yeah I'm coming back from my vacation and I came back here because I just remember how great the service was and the tacos were before so I was hungry and it's dinner time... I asked him his name and he told me it was one and he is a really great employee! The customer experience was so good. I thought you know that kid working the window was really funny last time and I had a really good experience. I'm kind of hungry and it's right here. I'm gonna pull off and go again. And probably now anytime I go to California. I'm gonna go to the Taco Bell because I've had such good experiences there and the food is really good. I'm really glad I got to tell Juan that I appreciated his sense of humor the first time around and he may not know the impact he has on someone just a simple little joke like that can go so far !

Ambiance was clearly a running restaurant that had been there for a bit. It's a vibe. Chicken Shawarma wrap was $16, no sides. It had two chicken kababs, one or two slices of tomato, and some lettuce... side tzatziki seemed homemade and very flavorful. Shake was peanut butter/blueberry and was close to $11. It was a great shake. Baklava was a bit dry. Very thick filling and maybe worth the $5. I understand costs are rising and therefore prices are rising... it's just another factor that is considered in finding a Greek wife that knows how to cook or continuing to go here for food.

Remembering that it had a high star count encouraged us to give this place a chance. All that being said, the food was pretty good, there was a small seating area, and the lady that helped was very nice. We ordered the birria torta, one chicken taco, one steak taco, and chicken strips with fries. Living in the Bay Area for most of my life (Hayward and San Jose), I can confirm that what we ordered was pretty tasty and worth the stop if you're craving Mexican on your journey. Two critiques - my husband says his fries could have been salted more, and I think something to level up this business would be to sell agua frescas or horchata. My phone was dead while we stopped there, so, sorry, no pictures. I give this place 4 out of 5 stars - food is pretty good, but I was looking for more flavor in the beef and broth of my birria torta with consummé.
