The red sauce tasted like it came straight from a can, the Tamale was very thick and dry on the outside and the pork inside was also dry and bland. My husband rarely complains, but he even had a hard time getting through his taco salad, which he orders 99% of the time we eat Mexican food. He said it taste like mushy, flavorless ground beef, and kept wondering if it was really beef due to its really washed out apperance. We also agree with the other reviews concerning the chips and salsa, tomato taste and heat with no flavor. Now the service was great, and the establishment was very clean and well kept (including the restroom). Ambiance was also nice. If you're still reading this, just know I was born and raised in Cali on what I consider some of the absolute BEST Mexican cuisine.
