Juanes Mexican Grill is located in Brent, Alabama and was overall a good choice if you are in the area and craving Mexican food. The ambiance was pleasant enough and the service was friendly. I went with a burrito and it was a good choice. I would recommend here. read more

LaTortilla is one of our favorite restaurants we knew the owner also owns Juanes Mexican Grill too. Since it was a beautiful day, we decided to take the motorcycles to check it out. We ordered lunch on the front deck. It really is a nice outside seating and serving area. We had great service. Staff was friendly and not perfectly attentive, but good. I had a quick trip to the facilities inside. The restaurant was very clean. A big plus considering COVID-19. Had a great lunch. I had the fajita chicken salad. Was too much for me to finish and delicious. My spouse had the 3 soft shell beef tacos. All was good. Definitely will visit them again. You should too! read more

Some of the best Mexican food you can get! The prices of food is compilable to other restaurants. Usually do take out but have dined in before. Decent service and the atmosphere is always good. They stay busy! This restaurant is an 8 minute drive from my home! One of the better restaurants in my area. read more

Depends on the time of day, as well as the cook. Needless to say we have experienced both sides. The salsa is good but the chips have been stale at times. Good selection of beer & cold, the frozen Margaritas are terrible. They taste like they come out of a bottled mix you might have bought on the cheap. Maybe your experience will be better read more

Great food, service, and it felt like a very private ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant read more

My family and I live 6 minutes away from Juanes Mexican Grill restaurant. The food is always good and so is the service. One of the best places to eat in the Centreville and Brent area! Mainly we just do takeout and pickup our food and eat it at home. The few times we ate at the restaurant the atmosphere was nice. This place stays busy year-round! read more

Great food and service. Always a great atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and service is always fast.

Awesome food, service and hospitality! Alonso is the host with the most and ensures customers are happy with their experience! read more

Always wanted to try them out but timing was never right. Today was the day. The chips came fast with two dipping sauces, the regular one and chorizo. Ok sauces and chips better than most. I ordered the steak fajitas and wifey the chili tamal. The steak fajitas were plentiful but routine. The chili tamal was a steak chimichanga split in two with a tamale in the center. The chili tamal was ok but not great. Service, friendliness, and atmosphere were great worthy of a four. Food was a three at best. read more

Awesome love the quesadilla love the fries love the chips and cheese dip. Love the costumer service it's quiet

So I was at my Battalion helping out for the day and this was one of the restaurants they went to regularly. So y'all know that I love Mexican food, so I decided to do a comparison of their shrimp nachos to another restaurant. I had gotten their shrimp nachos and it came pretty quickly and I was impressed by the presentation and smell of the food. But I the taste of the food didn't live up to the hype of the smell and all. The shrimp were grilled but tasted a little bland, also the chips were decent. Compared to the other restaurant this definitely wasn't up to par. The service was great due to the fact it was 9 of us and one waiter, she did a great job keeping up with everyone orders and refilling drinks. She definitely received a great tip. The restaurant was nice and the music had us moving in our seats. read more

Stopped on the way to the farm to hunt. Had talked about stopping several times but never had the time. Tonight was the night! Started with a Margarita pitcher $18, nice taste and plenty of tequila. Like we almost couldn't finish.... good thing I wasn't the driver. Took one for the team I ordered fajita salad. Was good. Not fantastic. Jimmy got the trio grill. O.M.gosh!! Delish! Tons of food. Lots of melty cheese. And oh so good!! Chips are ok. Little hard, salsa is good, spicy. I'd go back especially for the trio and margaritas! read more

Came here during my brief stay in Centreville. There wasn't too many options here so this sounded pretty good. The restaurant very much reminds me of a log cabin on the inside and outside. The service was quick and the staff were nice. I ordered the mango margarita in a 32oz and it basically came out in a little pitcher with a straw in it. It was surprisingly good and pretty strong. The price tag on it was pretty low. It tasted just a tiny bit too artificial to me with the mango however. For my entree, I got the enchilada trio which came with rice and beans. I've had many enchiladas in my life and these were pretty solid. I had one steak, one shrimp, and one chicken. The sauce on each worked well. The rice and beans were just your average rice and beans you get at a Mexican restaurant, nothing special there. Overall this place is pretty good especially when you have very few options to choose from. read more

Food was ok, not up to the usual standards. The service and I say that jokingly because there was none, sucked big time. Someone took our order, then left. A different person brought us our food but we had to ask for part of that as it hadn't been brought. Never saw our wait person again. We wanted another drink, I had to find someone, twice. We never saw anyone to get a to go box so we left the food. We went up to pay and had to ask for it as we never got it. I won't go back and I didn't leave a tip as we had no service. read more

great place to get Mexican food and drink a margarita! quick and friendly service to!

Best vegetarian Mexican food I've had in a long while. Salsa is awesome. Fresh, hot plate chilled salad plate, incredible guacamole! I'll return to Brent just to eat at Juanes. I made one suggestion on AC issue and hope the kind-owner will follow through! read more

We were immediately tended to upon being seated by friendly staff. The food came incredibly fast and was absolutely delicious. Our table got the enchiladas verdes and chicken fajitas. The enchiladas were great. I would post a 5 star review just for the rice and beans. We also loved being able to enjoy the nice weather on the front porch! If we are ever in Centreville again, we will definitely return here! read more

Food is amazing but need more servers. There should be no kids there and some of them bring there kids to work with them and one of the servers was playing In her child's hair and touching food without washing her hand that's a big no no it take 15 minutes for our food to come and the man beside us got his food first and we was here before him. Do better but foods amazing read more

Really average Mexican restaurant. Pretty much the type of food you would expect from a Tex-Mex establishment. Nothing great and nothing bad. Actually, one bad thing is that they don't have Dos Equis on draft, which means they don't have the giant glasses of beer that we are all so accustomed to getting at these types of places (they do at least have Dos Equis bottles). It is one of the only Mexican restaurants in the area, so a decent place to get your queso fix. read more

Found this place on Yelp. Enjoyed the chips and salsa. Quesadilla and burrito were good. But the trio salad waa amazing. Not much "salad" to it - mostly meat and cheese. And big enough to feed at least two people. read more

Juanes is your typical little Mexican place. Nothing really stood out that was overly fantastic. The restaurant itself is clean and the service was good. We ordered fajita quesadillas. Mine was very much lacking in the shrimp department in my opinion as there was only a few in there. The bell peppers and onions were barely cooked at all and were quite crunchy which wasn't what I was expecting. Also for those interested, they don't serve any alcoholic drinks so that might be of importance to some. Overall I would say it's not horrible and there really aren't any other Mexican options in the local area. If you don't mind a short drive to Montevallo, there are better places there. read more

Good food but a little pricey. The service is adequate. Queso was really good. The salsa was fresh with enough heat to let you know.

The food here is excellent. Has some of the best innovative Mexican food such as an inside out enchilada which has become one of my favorite dishes. The wait staff can be a little slow at times however that's almost to be expected in a family owned restaurant. This is my husband and I favorite spot great atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses are always welcoming. The food is amazing.

Great food, awesome drinks. Friendly staff and expeditious service. Come for happy hour and stay for dinner. Salud!

It was alright. Food was ok. Service was rude, but the atmosphere was good. If you're really hungry, it's not a bad stop.

Entrees look and taste like tv dinners. Not bad tasting but... Staff is not...unfriendly. More like apathetic.

Wonderfully prepared food and they do sell alcohol. My Margaritas were excellent,

The staff was really nice, the food is really good and inexpensive.. The restaurant is nice and clean

Authentic Mexican food. Have eaten here dozens of times. Consistent quality and exceptional service.
