Along with that their obviously very in touch with their customer base I heard them refer to people by name, catch up with them about life and it just made the ambiance that perfect southern hospitality along with some of the best Hispanic food you can find. Honestly hope they do well enough to open a full shop as I'd be the first one at the door.
