I decided to get a medium 16 oz Strawberry Cheesecake Moonpie, which is shaved ice with cheesecake in the middle topped with cream and graham cracker crumbs. The employees were friendly. I had to wait a few minutes but there were people in front of me, so I don't think the wait was long considering that. Looking inside the truck, everything was nice and clean. Both employees were wearing and changing gloves. There was a little seating area set up to the right of the truck with an umbrella for shade. The Strawberry Cheesecake Moonpie was delicious.
