When I came to the window I was greeted but not given a receipt to sign. I ordered a supreme quesadilla with carne asada steak and chips and salsa. I checked the bag and there was no salsa for the chips so I drove around to both the intercom and window and waited several minutes and no one said anything. It didn't take long upon me ordering the first time. Mind you they weren't busy. No one was there but me! So then I got out of the car and went in the lobby and they then gave me the sauce which were small sauce cups that they you usually for their El Gordo sauce. The lady told me they don't have bigger cups for the salsa that you order for the chips which is interesting considering you are paying for the chips and salsa.... Also, some of the steak pieces in the steak looked questionable and it made my stomach turn overall and I had to quit eating it. Note the bigger cup of salsa in the photo is a Chipotle salsa cup.

I made two carne asada tacos and could not finish my meal because it was not good. Wherever they get their meat from they need to change providers as it is not a quality product. I travel a great deal which means I eat out a lot. I never rate restaurants because most try to serve a great meal but this evening this restaurant fell way short and their 4+ rating is not deserved! I hope people will understand that for me to publish a negative rating is significant as like everyone who goes out to eat deserves a great meal experience and this restaurant did not deliver this evening. FYI I am 70 and have been around the block so to speak! I learned early not to speak ill about anyone. The dish was fantastic, and far exceeded my expectations. They included some chips and salsa, and were as good as any I've had anywhere. The lady up front was polite and kind, and overall it looks like a great place to eat (just not on Saturday night!). I would go 5 stars, but there is still a large discrepancy between the website prices and the menu prices. Perhaps they're upcharging to pay for the website, but I'd prefer they add a convenience fee like most places do, instead of making everything confusing between the ordering on the phone vs the website. Staff was kind enough to give us a chip refill as the original amount wasn't at all going to be enough for the Trio Dip. I always order the trio because each sauce is just soo good with their chips. Their queso is simply perfect. They also have really good shrimp vampiros. Crunchy, plenty of shrimp, and toppings. During the summers the restaurant is unbearably hot. Kinda surprised there aren't more comments about it. It was really uncomfortable to eat in the heat and didn't even want the grilled Serrano that I usually eat just to not be overly heated. The place could be alot cleaner given the amount of staff. Line can be long, but ordered are taken quickly. Food does take a little bit to come out, but it's worth it being hot and fresh. Love they have the utensils, boxes, and pop available for self serve. Cost is a little more expensive then competitors, but can appreciate the days they have affordable specials. And I know quite a bit is made from scratch. Wish the sauce containers were the standard 2 oz containers or if they'd just give a few more with each meal given the cost. The sauce is good and could drench each bite with some.
