Mom gets the spicy chicken, it's a classic for a reason. If I get the spicy chicken I get it hot and wowww does it clear your sinuses. So good. The hot sauce provided on the table tends to upset my stomach if I use more than one little spoonful. So if you want your ramen spicy then ask them to make it that way instead of adding the hot sauce. I'm not sure what they do differently but it doesn't upset my stomach.
