My favorite on the menu...which one to choose from...definitely the Quattro Formaggi, Lasagna, and the simple but oh so delicious Carbonara. Oh and you want to talk about great service? This place sticks out like a sore thumb when it comes to their service because it is very rare to have such great hospitality service from a place in Italy. lol! Seriously though, the servers were very friendly and accommodating. Be ready to get in line for over an hour. You know a place is good when the line is long! The place is small but my goodness, they exude the small but cute Italian cafe vibe. Until my next visit, I will salivate and fantasize about the food at Cantina e Cucina.

We got our orders sat down with our beers and waited for our tacos which were made right in front of us. I got three tacos Shredded chicken, pulled pork, and beef. All seasoned perfectly not overly cheesy or saucy just right. They all had great flavor and satisfied that not no more pasta craving we were having. They had vegetarian and fish options as well. The tortillas were flour, and warm but not cooked on a comal. The nachos de chili were a very strange combination of flavors and heaps of sour cream on it. Chili doesn't belong on Mexican nachos. I only ordered it thinking it was "chile con carne." The carnitas tacos were cooked in onions and very mushy which is not typical of crispy, fried carnitas. The service was rushed and the servers appeared stressed, perhaps in training. The place itself is cute and well decorated. Maybe this is good food for Italians, but for Americans who want Mexican food on vacation, I cannot recommend.
