The owner Nancy will even come out and chat if she is there. 1star- efficiency- service is quick and expedient. Everything is made to order, but doesn't take forever. They even serve the fish they catch. Check out the specials to see if they have any fresh fish. It's so amazing when they do. 1star- the food- 10 stars! Today I had open faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and chicken gravy. I usually get the fish. Anyone can get the senior meal. It's a slightly smaller portion, but still all I can eat. I had big pieces of both white and dark meat and it tasted like it straight off of a Thanksgiving turkey. The mashed potatoes are real potatoes, so you may get a lump or two, but add the chicken gravy and it's delicious! They even toasted and buttered the bread before adding the turkey and gravy. Little touches like that matter. 1star- ambiance- Yes. It's a diner. There is plenty of seating - booths or tables. Seating is spaced well. It's a John Wayne Western theme. It's wheelchair accessible and there are highchairs for babies. So my heart wants to say 5 stars, but reality says 4. I still highly recommend for some great home cooked comfort food.

Loaded with flavor, very moist and served with 3 sauces - ranch, spicy ranch and sour cream. The ranch and spicy ranch were not great - tastes like they're bottled not homemade. The sour cream though, that was a good compliment. We both ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich - 10/10! They're hand breaded, juicy and tender chicken breasts topped with lettuce, tomato and mayo on a perfectly warm brioche bun. Our meal was served so hot, it was perfect. I would absolutely go back just for this sandwich! The homemade chips for the side were great, crispy and lightly seasoned. I had the tater tots with mine and they tasted freezer burnt, wouldn't get them again. We also had a side of their house made coleslaw and it was perfect, ice cold and a great balance of flavor.
