The restaurant is very attractive and the ambiance nice and inviting. The smell as you walk in the door is delicious so you know the food will be also. Someone seated us right away and our server appeared at once to welcome us and start taking our orders. OMG The chile rellenos were out of this world. I ordered the sampler platter and it came out on two big dinner plates. There was a chile relleno on this selection as well as a little of almost everything they serve. Everything was delicious and I had enough left over for a midnight snack. The sampler platter is easily enough food for two people, especially if one of the people is a child of a light eater. Appetizers were missed. Were asked if we just wanted it "to go". At the restaurant a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes. From not complaining about the food. It has always been good. Yesterday evening I decided to try Los Cabo's with my significant other since it was close to home.. We had been greeted by a nice woman and seated right away. The restaurant had about 10 other guests seated and having drinks/eating. We had looked at the menu and had been sitting for about 10 minutes before the same woman had come over with chips and salsa. We still haven't gotten any drinks at this point or have been asked if we'd like any. I love these guys. Amazing food, the "ambiance" is ok. It's better on the weekends or during holidays. It's a bit run of the mill when it comes to Mexican American cuisine. Nothing too crazy. It's just straight up delicious. If you don't think so, maybe stop going to Mexican restaurants and stick to Applebee's. Morgan should be named "head server" or something because she's amazing and it's noticeable how other servers come to her for either guidance or advice on what to do. Manny is the best. If you want someone who's polite af but has a little bit of spice to add to your visit, he's the one. Everyone loves Manny. Jaylen is probably my least favorite just because she always seems like she's in a bad mood to see me, and since I'm known now as a regular it's just kinda irritable to me at this point. The salsa that came with the chips was a little bland. The entrees were up there with most places and the service was prompt and positive. Add a star if you are specifically looking for Mexican food. We have been coming in every Friday for months. Food is decent and we liked the fish bowl drink special. Also they had a free dinner after buying 10 card we had been working on. Unfortunately at last visit our server failed to inform us of pricing changes and refused to give us a receipt to let us see how much our food was when we questioned the $94 charge for Appetizer, guacamole and 4 drinks!!! We waited forever for the bill that we never got. Instead serever snatched up our card and ran it. We were shocked at the total! Our one dinner should have been free. Our server even greated us asking us if we wanted our regular Friday special drinks eveb though they were no longer on special! Spoke to the manager who laughed in my face and was a Sarcastic Immature brat about us asking for a itemized bill to figure out why our food was double in price after having earned a free dinner. Sill was unable to give me a proper bill. We are not upset about the price increase and understand that. But the mini menu's that you can hardly see and Zero integrity with bill, no receipt, not honoring their own coupons and pretending that drinks are still on special is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
