I couldn't be more pleased with the shades I got from Lorraine's. I had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive after I placed the order. Installation was easy and efficient. I highly recommend them. read more

Five star review! I worked with Luc and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, communicative and timely. I couldn't have asked for more.

Luc from Lorraine's Window Coverings was excellent. They gave timely, quality service. Most companies won't service the area that we're in as it is inconvenient, but Luc was willing to come over and quote us. They have high integrity. He was great at communicating and always showed up when he said he would. Once the blinds were installed, he showed us how to use the app to control the blinds. . He patiently answered all of our questions and gave amazing service - a rare commodity! In the past, we ordered blinds online and installed them ourselves. The quality and professional installation of their product made a huge difference. We are so glad we used them. read more

We had an amazing experience working with Lorraine's to install Hunter Douglas shades in our new home. From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and truly enjoyable. Julie was incredible to work with--knowledgeable, responsive, and so helpful in guiding us to the perfect selections for our space. Luc did a fantastic job with the installation; everything was done with great care and precision, and the final result looks beautiful. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and highly recommend Lorraine's to anyone looking for high-quality window coverings and exceptional service. Our new window coverings from Lorraine's were just installed. Perfection! From the measuring of our windows by Shanda to the installation, the service was top notch. Especially appreciated the installation work of Jean-Luc and Lorenzo who worked quickly and with attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in a variety of options for window coverings and appreciates good work. read more

Not a fan. Good luck with getting help with warranty work...you might be lucky to get parts sent to you! I don't believe you want to help you just want to try to make yourself look good but behind closed doors, you badmouth the companies window covering brands that you also sell and all you wanna do is make a profit and push the ones that you mark up 100%... Really kind of disgusted with you! No, thank you, I actually have no interest in communicating with you!! read more

Great company, very professional, excellent work-very happy with all of our blinds. Shanda was really great to work with, she listened very carefully, helped with color and material choices, and updated us on the work. Their installer was also excellent-fast, friendly, and very experienced. We felt the pricing was very good for the quality of the work and the materials. We would definitely work with them again, and highly recommend them. read more

Shanda gave great support and advice in our challenging search for 'atypical' solar as well as room darkening roller shades for a modern home. We settled on some Graber solar roller shades, Hunter Douglas privacy roller shades, and Graber room darkening roller shades. Jean Luc was amazing as the installer - he often gave alternate ideas as to fit, as well as 'clipping' blinds in place when windows are open and wind is blowing. Both were wonderfully friendly and caring, as well as totally respectful of our home and our health by wearing masks at all times during this Covid pandemic. We recommend that you give them a try. The quality of the product is good and the customer service is great. read more

Lorraine's was great! I love my woven wood blinds. They were very sweet, responsive and on top of it. They helped me extensively and even pointed me to a great installer for another project. Thank you ladies! read more

We are so pleased with the results of our curtain installations. Julie was wonderful to work with. Spent lots of time going over our options and our final decision for the installation came out perfect. Julie, the design consultant, was very patient and knowledgeable. The result is very dramatic, yet simple and modern. Wally, the installer, came on time, worked effienctly, clean up afterwards and the results were perfect. Can't wait to show off our new look. We will be repeat customers and recommend them highly just as the person who recommended them to us. read more

All the staff we met were skilled, friendly, and helpful. They were quick and provided excellent installation.

One of the large blinds in our house that was installed by the previous owner broke and Lorraine's is one of the few places around that deal with the brand. I spoke to them on the phone and they confirmed that they could repair the blind and they gave me a quote that seemed reasonable given the price of the blind. I dropped the blind off and they had it fixed in about a week. The icing on the cake is that they were able to get the blind fixed under warranty. They were friendly throughout and were a pleasure to do business with. When I need to replace the blinds in my house I will definitely go back to them. read more

Excellent service and precise fitment in a home with a rather challenging interior window trim design. Larisa's expertise, promptness, and friendly demeanor is much appreciated. The Hunter Douglas products we selected are stout and well made. They feel durable, and function exactly as advertised. I will not hesitate to use Lorraine's Window coverings again on my next project. read more

This a great company to work with, they really went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted. We have young kids (with early bedtimes) whose rooms face west. After two failed attempts with Lowe's I contacted Lorraine's. Lariza came out and listened to what I needed and when the first product was disappointing they brought out Hunter Douglas and the owner and we reordered another product. And when that still had deficiencies, their wonderful installed Tom brainstormed in his own and came up with a solution that worked wonderfully. You really get what you pay for here, they care and they don't leave you hanging. read more

Buying window coverings can be a bit daunting (so much to choose from and so many options) but Lariza was a great help to us during the process. She was patient, knew her products very well, and had well thought out suggestions on our Hunter Douglas blinds. Great combination of form and function ! The quote came in very quickly and delivery and install went without a hitch !! THANK YOU Lariza ! read more

Coming from southern CA we knew hardly anyone in NW WA. I had asked my wife to search out camano island window coverings and we called 3 companies. Lorraine was timely, efficient, plentiful on selection, knowledgeable and with numerous ideas..start to finish a top notch professional. Being almost 60 we are both rather selective. One of the other window covering places showed up but never followed up..which didn't matter we had already decided on Lorraine's Window Coverings. Did I mention courteous and friendly, responsive? We opted with Hunter Douglas products in the final decision with Lorraine's Window Coverings. I regret the other gentleman who wrote about her not returning calls (though she apparently had a poor answering service..how is that her fault?) however you gave her a one star..maybe you called a wrong number or are making up your story and are a competitor., Seems harsh and unfair. What about email or text had you tried that option in this day and age? Give the woman the benefit of the doubt..you've hired her before, you know her persona and ethical approach. Lorraine returned every one of our calls and I suspect she did not get your message. This simply doesn't seem like her caliber and unfortunately dragged her ratings down here on Yelp.. I'm here to plunk in another 5 star because she deserves every bit of it. If there were a 6 star, my wife and I would enter that instead. AntJanet read more

Recently relocated here and had no idea where to get window coverings. We didn't want to go to a "big box" store and we found Lorraine's. They were courteous, prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all friendly! We thought we wanted plantation shutters on our picture windows and sliding door but after Julie came to our home it and explained the details we decided to go with sun blocking roller shades. In the store they had a helpful display so we could decide how much sun we wanted to block out without sacrificing our view. The shades blend in beautifully with our decor and were a much better choice for our sliding glass door area. I highly recommend them! read more

They have a wonderful service. Lorraine was really nice and she gave a very thoughtful advice. I had many windows and I had a hard time coming up with ideas to combine with my furniture. She gave me a lot of options and we chose the most marvelous blinds. I called and we scheduled a free in-home consultation in not time. The order was quick and they installed quickly read more

Lorraine- you need to change your answering service. As a repeat customer, I called twice and left messages for you to call me. Never received a response and the woman was rude and unhelpful. Sorry, but I've moved on to another supplier. read more

Window coverings are top quality and look wonderful. I have used Lorraine's many times and have always been very happy. Rita suggested options that were available that I had no idea existed. What I really appreciate about Lorraine is her attention to detail and excellent customer service. She understands the business unlike any other in the industry and is easy to work with. Unlike the other reviewer, I found that the call service was very professional and received a phone call within 24 hours. Everything was easy to set up and I'm very happy!
