We ordered the following and everything was delicious.. 2 Yucca con chicharrón- This place is not greedy when it comes to the chicharrónes or the Yucca. 1 - Salpicon - Was very tasty. It comes with rice, beans and a salad.. I used the lime provided because I like my salpicon lemony.. 4 - Serrano Pupusas - OMG!! The best I've ever tried.... If you like spicy you will love these popusas. The Popusas are big with lots of cheese and flavor. 1 - bean and cheese popusa. My daughter was very pleased with her popusa. Food was pretty good. Not authentic El Salvadoran food, but very tasty nonetheless-the-less. However, the customer service deserves only 1 star. They took the order fairly quickly but once we were served, they never checked on us and I waited over 20 minutes to get a server (any server) to bring us our check. The music was okay, but way too loud. If I ever considered going there again, it would be to go. Instead of a restaurant with some ambiance music it felt like I was in a club. This place is a great find and we drive 30 min to get there. The food is so good. The pupusas are cheesy and tasty. I've had the steak with chorizo plate and the steak with onions. We also order yuca con chicharrón and it comes with big pieces of pork, that is a great appetizer for 4 people. Absolutely delish. I was looking for Salvadorian food and stumbled across this restaurant. My family and I walked in and were immediately told that they were not open even though the hours stated otherwise and they had signs on the restaurant saying they were open, they also said we had to wait around 45 minutes to place an order because they had just opened and the cooks needed time. I understand that the cooks need time but then just change business hours. Nonetheless the staff were super rude so we decided not to eat here and go find a better restaurant with people that aren't rude and treat customers with the courtesy of respect. read more

I ordered a dozen tamales and paid them when I did the order, but they sold them , because I couldn't get them at 12:00pm and the owner talked very rude but if I paid in advance why he sold them, even he reimbursed the money I had to call another place to find tamales for December 25th. read more

I have had enough pupusas to know they are not supposed squirt out grease/oil every time you cut into it. And you are supposed to taste the masa in every bite. A friend insisted this place had some "bomb" pupusas but truth be told, I've had better. I had a revuelta & a cheese with chicken. We've had the pupusas (fire), the carne asada con chorizo plate (Bomb) and the surprisingly good noodles (with a mix of meats). We've enjoyed everything so far. Eating there is convenient, so is take out. I don't think they deliver yet, though. Also, I recommend you pay in cash, they incentivize it. Overall 5 stars. We recommend this place. Been here a few times to try out the dishes. I'm not impressed at all pupusas are big but no flavor and not enough filling for what they charge not worth it. Fajitas mix really greasy portions look big but mostly veggies. Carne asada plate could use more seasoning.When ever I order my main dish it comes with rice and beans. Rice is plain no color or veggies beans could use a little salt and the Casamiento has no flavor I placed Phone orders multiple times I once I was told 20 min for 4 pupusas and 1 sopa gallina. I get to the restaurant 30 min after I called. My order wasn't even started had to wait another 20 minutes almost 1hr wait time. I brought a quesadilla $8 really really dried no flavor and it's homemade and cash only for the qesadilla. Everything is over priced. Came in to eat popusas with my family and the girl who took care of us was just horrible. Really bad attitude And took our order wrong. Her name is Maria. I asked for the owner since it is a small place and they said he comes once a week then they laughed. She snatched the menu from my daughter and I thought that was rude since we were not ready to order. Then my daughter said she wanted chicken nuggets and they brought her a chicken plate. I understand they might not understand English that much but maybe they should have someone else take the order. everyone is not perfect and I understand that. What triggered me was her bringing the plate and saying we ordered it and threw it at the table with her bad attitude. Since we arrived on 05/14/2023 maria was in a bad mood and took out her frustrations on the owner's customers. I hope she don't treat people this way all day specially ruining peoples special day.
