I recently returned from a group tour of Amalfi Coast with Lori Chaba. I cannot say enough about this wonderful vacation. Everything was top notch and went so smoothly. Our group of twenty people were so friendly and easygoing. It was a pleasure to be with them. I can't wait to take another adventure with this fabulous Travel Service!! read more

I truly cannot put into words how amazing Lori and Lori's Travel Service is. We had a family medical emergency when our grandfather was in Italy and Lori and her staff worked all hours (literally, in the middle of the night) to help us get our grandfather home. Lori is a fierce leader who was a guardian angel for our family. I have also personally gone on tours with Lori out of the country and she brings organization, humor, and a fantastic vacation! I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Lori's Travel Service. read more

I've been saying it for years, and time-after-time Lori's Travel Service has turned this Millennials great vacations into worry free, first class, UNFORGETTABLE vacations. With Lori's Travel service, you can go ahead and grab your 5th and await the email from Lori with your new itinerary and watch the rest of the world scramble to re-book flights on their own. I recently went on a trip booked for myself & friends by Lori Chaba at Lori's Travel Service. I can not express the measure of gratitude I have for using this service. Our destination was not as we had expected & we needed to find alternatives quickly. We contacted Lori & within hours she had us booked for an alternate location that better suited our expectations. Secondly, we would have been in dire straits as our flights were totally rerouted on our return home due to weather . Lori was on the phone with us finding solutions in the early morning hours. She was patient, professional, swift in finding fights for us for a safe return home. Her follow up was outstanding on refunds & in making sure we were satisfied, I highly recommend Lori's service for your next trip. Having a Travel Agent in your corner is key to travel these days! Thank you Lori & Team . Angela V. read more

In times where people look toward online travel sites (in Incognito mode) for the best deals for their flight and hotel, many overlook the benefits of a travel agent. After being being scorned and bounced around by phone operators with little knowledge no concern for my needs, I'm pleased to deal with Lori's staff and consistent communication. Lori's Travel Service was utilized for my trip to Las Vegas this past fall, and her team helped me get into the Venetian with little hiccups. Though I got a discount combining the flight and hotel, they fought to ensure me and my friend got resort credits on top of our room. It was a pleasant surprise! Last minute flight rearrangements, amendments on my vacation, and pricing inquires are all done with the same representative and proved to be competitive to the online sources I researched! My only concern was the delay in communication with some of my other vacation inquiries; it might be because I called during the peak vacation times and they have a small team. Nonetheless, I'd rather have some patience and work with a small team that will help me out in a pinch. Thanks again Lori's Travel Service! I'll need your services again for 2017! read more

We want to thank Lori for the exceptional care she gave us on our recent trip to Italy. We had some questions about our flight before we left and she promptly called us while on her trip, from Ireland (midnight her time)! While we were in Italy, due to unforeseen circumstance, we had to cut our trip short. One call to Lori and she quickly made all the necessary reservations with no problem! we left on the day we needed to leave at the time we needed to leave with great seats! we don't know what we would have done with Lor! read more

So I'm they guy that likes to plan stuff. I haven't used a travel agent since 2001 because I kinda feel like I can find better deals. I was mistaken..... I started planning a trip to Iceland. We found out from friends that they were going on a trip with Katea from Lori's. We immediately jumped on board. We had the most AMAZING experience ever!!! I priced out the tour events on my own, and Katea's trip was about half of what I priced out for us. I can't say enough about these folks, and I will definitely be using their services again. Thanks Katea!! read more

WOW Lies lies lies is all you'll get from this company! "There's NO Covid Restrictions there" or "You'll get a full refund of a deposit and get flight credit" Nope, nope and nope. Umm Covid is everywhere in the WORLD and most places are in total lock down. How can she be saying this...Thank God we doubled check prior to taking the trip because we would have been stuck with no hotel and stranded in the airport because the resort she booked us at wasn't even opened. Horrible experience with this Travel Agent and just flat out lies and or no returned calls. She took our money, didn't get back to 3 requests to return the money per our right to cancel, she doesn't get back to you for about 4 months and then charge fees yet doesn't disclose it. Choose a different company yikes! What a nightmare. read more

Our flight times were poorly planned. Only 20 minutes were allotted to get to the gate for the second leg of the trip. We were lucky enough that there happened to be a man with the cart that drive us to the gate which was a mile away from the arrival gate. Same thing happened coming home. I had to get a wheelchair for my friend and push her as fast as I could to the departure gate which was a mile away as well. When I gave her feedback via email, she was extremely rude. Never again. read more
