I truly cannot put into words how amazing Lori and Lori's Travel Service is. We had a family medical emergency when our grandfather was in Italy and Lori and her staff worked all hours (literally, in the middle of the night) to help us get our grandfather home. After being being scorned and bounced around by phone operators with little knowledge no concern for my needs, I'm pleased to deal with Lori's staff and consistent communication. Though I got a discount combining the flight and hotel, they fought to ensure me and my friend got resort credits on top of our room. It was a pleasant surprise! My only concern was the delay in communication with some of my other vacation inquiries; it might be because I called during the peak vacation times and they have a small team. My husband and I used Lori's Travel for our first trip to Mexico. The trip was more than we could every have hoped for. Every detail was covered. From when we left Rochester to our connecting flight in Baltimore smooth sailing. When we landed in Cancun the transportation was there got us to an AMAZING resort. We could not have picked a better place. Rooms, food, pools and all extras were first class. WOW Lies lies lies is all you'll get from this company! "There's NO Covid Restrictions there" or "You'll get a full refund of a deposit and get flight credit" Nope, nope and nope. Umm Covid is everywhere in the WORLD and most places are in total lock down. How can she be saying this...Thank God we doubled check prior to taking the trip because we would have been stuck with no hotel and stranded in the airport because the resort she booked us at wasn't even opened. Horrible experience with this Travel Agent and just flat out lies and or no returned calls. She took our money, didn't get back to 3 requests to return the money per our right to cancel, she doesn't get back to you for about 4 months and then charge fees yet doesn't disclose it. Choose a different company yikes! What a nightmare. read more

Our flight times were poorly planned. Only 20 minutes were allotted to get to the gate for the second leg of the trip. We were lucky enough that there happened to be a man with the cart that drive us to the gate which was a mile away from the arrival gate. Same thing happened coming home. I had to get a wheelchair for my friend and push her as fast as I could to the departure gate which was a mile away as well. When I gave her feedback via email, she was extremely rude.
