They arrived early to pick us up and parked across the street to wait until pickup time. This was great because I did not feel rushed to be ready early but made me feel good that they were there for me. The driver was so friendly and sociable. She joked with us, asked about our trip, and made the ride comfortable. The vehicle was clean, ran very smooth, and was plenty big enough for our group. For not much more than the parking fee at the cheap lot across the street, and for less money than parking on the airport grounds, they pick you up and drop you off right at the front door. So worth it!

From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . The van was very clean. Mo asked me to call him when I arrived at my hotel and even called to check in on me the next day. Flying into a new place at 1:30 am as a single woman for an hour long drive and checking into a hotel in the middle of the night is a bit scary, but knowing Mo was caring for me ride for my volunteer delivery job made me feel extra cared for! Called Debbie the day before the booking only to find out she wrote the wrong number down. Gave her the correct number. Still no call received. The day of the wine tour no one showed up. Called Debbie who said no one was coming. She said she would have called but she did not have the right number. She said there was nothing she could do.
