I called Lori K Bath when I found crack in my bathtub and knew it had to be replaced. My Crown Point house was built around 1950 and I don't know when the bathroom was last remodeled, but it was a long time ago. I bought a new shower system with bathtub and ceiling cover. What I liked about ordering is that my price was firm fixed price. Lori K Bath was aware that my bathtub had a hole in it and there undoubtedly would be water damage revealed. But since my contract was fixed price, there would be no additions to my price no matter what surprises were in store, even mold remediation if needed. Lori K Bath promises one-day installation, but after my cracked bathtub was removed, of course the subfloor was soaked and muddy and had to be removed too, and even then there was still water. We all agreed the install had to be paused until the crawl space could dry out and we could check for mold. Lori K Bath was very professional and accommodating of this need. Luckily there was no mold, and they were able to finish the install a few days later when I was comfortable that we weren't sealing water damage in my house. I also like that Lori K Bath gives a lifetime warranty on the tub system, even the bathtub caulk that you know has to be replaced periodically. My work was done in July 2025. read more

We had two bathrooms changed by Lori K Bath. The first day they replaced a jetted tub with a standard tub and shower enclosure. The second day they replaced the shower enclosure in our master bath. Both jobs were done flawlessly. Our crew was Mike and Dillon. These guys came to work. They started working within the first five minutes of arrival. The removal of the tub was a bigger job, but they still got it out and the new one in and they were out by five. The second day was easier, only replacing a shower, but they still did not rush anything. All the grout lines line up perfectly and are centered on all the walls. We have had everything for a week now and am totally satisfied with both jobs. Everyone that we have dealt with at Lori K has been very cordial and professional. I visited their showroom inside of Walmart in Schererville IN in October 2024. Set up an appointment for early December. I picked my shower design and left everything in their hands. I picked the number of shelves, their location, I selected my shower head and a fold away bench and my shower doors. Everything arrived on time, installation was scheduled. Day of their arrival, they were prompt and courteous. Took every precaution to protect my floors and my home. When they say done in I e day, they mean it. A new bathtub and surrounding wall and ceiling were installed efficiently and flawlessly. Tom demonstrated his professionalism when he had to finesse the fit of the previously installed glass block window, something they hadn't dealt with before, and the result was highly satisfactory. It took two days because a drain had to be moved by a third person with a jackhammer. A little back story: My husband and I intended to do this project ourselves because we had some experience and we had Youtube. We even hauled a new bathtub home. They do wonderful work. Everyone is very nice and professional. Our saleman Roger is very knowledgeable about the product and explained everything that would happen from start to finish for the job. The install guys Jeff and Noah were great respecting our home. Cleaned up and honestly you couldn't tell from outside that we had any work done. We had a walk in shower installed. We used to have a tub/shower in our bathroom. It was an older blue colored fiberglass. Lori K came in and removed the old tub and shower as well as the ceiling soffit that was above it. They did a very neat installation. Joe & Kyle were a very organized team. Lori K installed a new shower in our master bathroom. I must say I was debating between 4 and 5 stars here as there was an initial measurement issue with the shower base that resulted in the base being smaller than the base of the previous shower. The company was able to find a tile that nearly matched my exiting bathroom floor tile and installed it in a way that made it look pretty seamless so let's call it 4.5/5 stars.
