That's not ZenaRose. I connected with Kelli on my first visit and no matter what time or day I have booked with her over the years she makes me feel like I'm the only client she's seeing. Yuliya made me very comfortable, most notably making sure to pause to let me blink while she was doing my eye make up. I hadn't even realized I needed to blink and she's pausing for my comfort. Will definitely be back. Last note on booking, I called ten minutes before they closed the night before I needed a morning appointment. Fully expecting that a Saturday morning in late Feb would be booked solid, I got a call back in less than 10 minutes saying they had worked something out and it's all booked. I deducted one star because my appointment was for Event/Glam Photoshoot Make Up and Dyson Bouncy Curl Blow Out, but I didn't end up getting a blow out. She styled my hair with a flat iron but I was still charged for a bouncy curl blow out which I didn't feel was the same value. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience.
