Good News! My order #15540502, 06/2026 arrived on time…read more (actually early) Every blind fit perfectly. The order of woven wood shades met with high approval, (wife). The installation went well. As a seasoned installer, my only suggestion is for the roller blind bracket "wing nut". The roller bar has a very tight space to start the threading of the nut. Persistence works well. So, if the wing nut had only "one" longer wing, It would be a "one finger" install. So, go to the hardware store and buy one and bench test it on an actual roller blind. - Thank you, Stephen Place -508-326-5457

Received two orders from a large chain store and after weeks of waiting one set was cut too short…read moreat the factory and the other order was shipped wrong size. Just moved to Redbrook in Plymouth and wish we had called Blinds and Designs in Bourne first. This company has installed in many homes in Redbrook. Steve was incredible and even offered temp shades while we waited, but was able to place our order and install pretty quickly. Will never use a large chain store again and will definitely go custom. Steve always responded to my calls and answered all questions. A real professional!! Kathie. K.

Measurements were scheduled for the day after the sale ended so Bali had to give permission to honor the sale prices. The technician that did the measuring was very nice. On 7/18 Blinds Unlimited was notified that my delivery date was 7/28 but I would wait for installation until 7/30 to give a couple of extra days. I was advised the installation could not be scheduled until I had the blinds, which I received on 7/28. I called Blinds Unlimited when they opened on 7/28 and no one returned my call the entire day. On 7/29 I called again and was advised there were no installations available until 8/13. I lost an entire day of scheduling spots because no one returned my call. Now I have 2 huge boxes measuring 10' long and 11' long sitting in my living room until 8/13.

Beautiful drapes, great experience…read more We couldn't be happier with the new drapes in our family room. Michele Tilley at Innuwindow was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She took the time to understand our space and helped us pick the perfect color for the room. We were unsure at first, and her eye made all the difference. The installation was smooth and professional, and the finished result looks fantastic. The drapes tie the whole room together and make it feel warmer and more polished. Michele's attention to detail and responsiveness made the process easy. We'd highly recommend Michele and Innuwindow to anyone looking to update their windows, and we'll definitely work with them again.
