A lot of effort is focused on building community and offering support. This is a place where your child can build relationships and you can too.

What can I say about Willowcrest?! This place is not just a school, it is a community/family of…read moreparents, teachers and experts all here for your child's success!!! The Director, Natally, has put her heart, blood, sweat and tears into creating an environment where not only her son but other children can receive the therapy(ies) they may need to thrive in this world. I am so fortune for this preschool, as I was at a loss for where my little one could go, and receive developmental support. I don't have to worry about how she is being cared and looked after throughout her day, and all it took was one morning watching Natally do everything in her power to make sure my child "would be happy there". Even before that I could tell she was in good hands, but definitely from that day I never regretted my choice in Willowcrest. If you aren't sure if I'm selling you a dream, just contact the school and take a tour... it will never hurt you, and you will see in the first mins that everything I'm saying is 100% true!!! Willowcrest will embrace your child, and throw every resource at and around them. No child left behind, no parent left unsupported, no school like this EVER! Love the Willowcrest family, always!

I am a school psychologist in CO. While visiting my son and his family in Glendale, CA I was…read moreintroduced to College View Preschool via my grandson. My grandson is a three year old who excels academically. He needs to be challenged intellectually as well as being given the opportunity to interact socially with other children his age. I dropped him off at his preschool several times while visiting last week. I was impressed by the high ratio of teachers to students as well as the clean facility and interesting subjects he is/was exposed to. My grandson is not a special education student so the heading on the Yelp review is confusing. Currently, one special ed. student visits the preschool during recess. At least, that is what I witnessed. The preschool is housed within a facility that supports special education students. Being a school psychologist I appreciate the opportunity for my grandson to interact with special education students The opportunity expands his horizons, increases his empathy and teaches him the importance of tolerance, compassion and acceptance. When I dropped off my grandson the last day of my visit I learned his teachers are fully aware of his academic abilities. They were aware that he could identify his letters, knew most of his letter sounds, could count to 20 with a little support, and was able to read a few sight words. That impressed me. I was also relieved that my grandson was expected to wear a helmet while riding various 2 and 3 wheeled bikes during recess. After hugging my grandson goodbye, he raced outside to play with his peers, grabbed a helmet, put it on and hopped on a two seated bicycle with a favorite friend. His comfort level soothed my heart while saying goodbye, until our next visit.

It used to be a good agency years ago!!…read more Staff constantly changing...hard to keep up with behaviorists that don't show up on time and chronically late to sessions. BF Agency does not do anything about it. They set rules and guidelines that benefit the company and not the child. Cancellation line hardly picks up the phone during normal business hours and they expect you to notify the office by calling but no one picks up...or they are half asleep when they finally answer the phone. Worse agency to work with...too bad it's going down .... Behavior Frontiers saw better days ...down..down..done.......

After having my son on a waiting list for a long time, the services received were not at all what…read morewas expected,in the 5 months my son had services with this company his therapist changed about 5-6 times if it's actually not more, not to mention the amount of cancellations you will get, it's so bad that you will actually be surprised if they actually did show up,they ill be there for at least a week then start cancelling at least 2-3 sessions a week,Raissa Echavarria was out case supervisor and all she would do was apologize and promise that they would try their best, she would lie about how long the therapist were employeed to keep you getting their services, and obviously after seeing how the therapist worked you would realize that they were newly hired with no experience at all, therapist would show up and look lost,I would have to be the one telling my son what to do because the therapist didn't know how to approach my child!!!Did I mention she thinks ok to give this kind of service because she thinks that someone paying a PPO insurance is funded by the insurance, trying to say that my son is getting free services when his services were actually only covered 80%,and obviously the more upsetting part is that knowing their employees will be moving ot of state, they decide to assign them to your case knowing damn well that the following month they will be sending a new face ,but the final straw is seeing how my son was always ready and to ust have someone not show, that really pisses me off,my son being a fast learner, pulling out his little table and chairs to just have session cancelled,my son deserves better!!! SO IF YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOUR CHILD,YOU WILL DEFINITELY BOT FIND THAT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
