Called back a 3rd time only to be put on hold to see if there was someone in admin who could help assist me. The woman came back on the phone suddenly saying the don't take my insurance, even thought their website states they do and the person I previously spoke with said they do. When I brought this up she then said they're at capacity for Anthem insurance holders. She sounded unsure and like she just wanted to get me off the phone. Based off this wildly unprofessional interaction, I would not trust them for my child's care. Look elsewhere.

BF Agency does not do anything about it. They set rules and guidelines that benefit the company and not the child. Cancellation line hardly picks up the phone during normal business hours and they expect you to notify the office by calling but no one picks up...or they are half asleep when they finally answer the phone. Worse agency to work with...too bad it's going down .... Behavior Frontiers saw better days ...down..down..done.......

After having my son on a waiting list for a long time,the services received were not at all what…read morewas expected,in the 5 months my son had services with this company his therapist changed about 5-6 times if it's actually not more,not to mention the amount of cancellations you will get, it's so bad that you will actually be surprised if they actually did show up,they ill be there for at least a week then start cancelling at least 2-3 sessions a week,Raissa Echavarria was out case supervisor and all she would do was apologize and promise that they would try their best,she would lie about how long the therapist were employeed to keep you getting their services,and obviously after seeing how the therapist worked you would realize that they were newly hired with no experience at all, therapist would show up and look lost,I would have to be the one telling my son what to do because the therapist didn't know how to approach my child!!!Did I mention she thinks ok to give this kind of service because she thinks that someone paying a PPO insurance is funded by the insurance, trying to say that my son is getting free services when his services were actually only covered 80%,and obviously the more upsetting part is that knowing their employees will be moving ot of state,they decide to assign them to your case knowing damn well that the following month they will be sending a new face ,but the final straw is seeing how my son was always ready and to ust have someone not show,that really pisses me off,my son being a fast learner,pulling out his little table and chairs to just have session cancelled,my son deserves better!!! This center is an absolute dream come true for me because we've finally found a place where my son's needs are being met in every way and met in such a highly exceptional manner. From the front staff down to our one on ones, each individual has contributed to our pleasant experiences here. I cannot thank Mrs Narine enough for the time, devotion, and love she shows to my child on the spectrum. It takes a really special type of human to really go that extra mile for your kid and to come in every day just giving her 100%, ensuring that your child walked away that day better than they came in. We have seen such dramatic improvements in academics with my kiddo since we started! The recreational programs SAI hosts are just as awesome and have been so beneficial for us as well.
