I am really satisfied with the service that I got. My car now is aligned perfectly and the mechanic was able to tell me in detail what was wrong with my car. They took the extra mile to find every single detail wrong with the alignment and told me about it and fixed it. I highly recommend Lorenzo's Alignment. 10/10 service Car: 2015 VW GLI SEL read more

Lorenzo's Alignment - Tires Near Me - Van Nuys, California

Fast work but not detailed oriented . Cheap prices that reflects on the job. This place was recommended by a friend but the honest truth is that there are so many other places in the Van Nuys area that can get the job done better. Especially if you're one to be meticulous about your car. read more

Excellent service! They honored the check in discount. 5 stars. Best price for alignment. Recommended.

I brought my car in here after getting rejected because my car is very low key. I have an 87' BMW e30 that is very low to the ground. After calling a few shops I finally landed at Lorenzo's and he was able to do alignment on low cars without any issues. Will be coming back here for all my alignment needs. Highly recommend this place for all your alignment needs. read more

Lorenzo's Alignment - 1987 BMW e30 - Tires Near Me - Van Nuys, California

Fast and affordable, Lorenzo the owner always takes care of me and is quick as he knows I am an Uber driver and down time costs me money.

I'm surprised to see the bad reviews. This place was recommended to me. I have been there twice and will be going in a 3rd time due to being extremely satisfied with their work. Lorenzo and his staff have been extremely polite to me. I'm always concerned about going to a mechanic as a female, but going to get service for my vehicles here puts me at ease. Thank you for your hard work! read more

Very Good price. Wheels aligned. In and out quick. Clean place. I drive out of my way just to come here

I went in on a recommendation from Stan the tire shop next door. They told me to come in now. Took me 39min to get there and I pulled in they told me 6 cars were ahead of me and it would be 1 hour. After an hour I came back and was told they don't think they will do it. Come back at 3:30 to get the alignment. At 3:30 I come back and have to wait again. Finally get the car on the alignment rack and was told they can't fix the car today they need me to come back another day and the job will be at least another $100 to do. If you plan on using this shop for your alignment be prepared to wait far longer than expected and you will get the run around when they don't want to do the job. Beware! read more

I guess Im going to start giving my business to places where their business is less than 4-5 stars on Yelp. Lorenzo is running an actual alignment shop and not a bs upsell customers suspension parts shop. He knows how to dial in the alignment on older cars like mine. Bottom line is, if you want real professional to work on your car choose this place. But if you want a fancy tire/mechanic shop to sell you parts or services you don't need to just make you feel good choose elsewhere. read more

Nice guy with Greta value overall. Highly recommend. He help me with a bad wheel alignment and steering wheel. Saved me a lot of money

My alignment dudes here in SFV. They are lowered car friendly that's a plus for all you low life's out there. Their alignment machine is new and won't curb rash your wheels with their new equipment. The plus side this place accepts card payment not like other places charges you extra for card. P/s they also do custom alignments for all you camber gang dudes out there. read more

Overpriced! DO NOT COME HERE if you're a woman. These men will charge you up the ass after an alignment. These people wanted to charge me $1,000 dollars for a whole suspension when it was only the control arms that were broken! I went somewhere else and spent 500 including parts and LABOR! read more

Seriously bad customer service. Did I mention they drink on the job while they do your alignment. That so unprofessional and dangerous!! Guy did my alignment that look like he came from prison and to top it off he was drinking and also pop off my tie rod and saying i need longer ones smh. Honestly maybe if you didn't drink on the job it would of been done correctly. People beware of this place take somewhere that has good reviews. read more

Lorenzo's offers quick service at an affordable price. My experience was on the positive side (that is, for a vehicle-service shop, as most vehicle-service shops are usually fairly unprofessional as a bunch but Lorenzo's was above average). I arrived at their opening time into the small, shared parking lot and asked a uniformed man where I could park. He told me to pull into the single bay. I waited for another 30 minutes for Lorenzo to show up; he quoted me a price and got to work. It was done with 20 minutes or less. I received a 3-month warranty. read more

Needed to get an alignment for my car so I went to this shop. The owner Lorenzo is very rude. His attitude is like if he is doing you a favor and you're not paying him. When I was driving back home I noticed that my car was worse than it was before. I took it back the next day he told me he was too busy to fix it and he was trying to put the blame on me for the car not being aligned properly, but eventually he told me to bring it the following day. When I went back the following day he was not there. Finally, on the third day of going back to his shop, he was there but he completely ignored me when I greeted him. Even his employee told him that I was talking to him but he still ignored me until I said "are you ignoring me". Eventually his employee had to fix my car because Lorenzo did not want to do it. I will never go back there again and I suggest others stay clear of this shop read more

This place is absolutely great! Lorenzo and his staff are super knowledgeable and great at what they do! Fair prices and great work . Definitely coming back to this place . read more

These guys put in the work to get the job done at an affordable price which is awesome for expensive car work. They helped me out get work done on my car and Lorenzo detailed out the cost and how long it would take. I was worried it would need to be left the whole week since I know shops get busy but they got it done in a flash. My only complaint is having to come back for some other work on the car. They gladly helped me out but I did not like having to come back for the same thing. I will gladly return though. Affordable and a good quality job. read more

!!!! BEWARE THIEVES !!!!! Brought my second car here to do an alignment as they did a great job with first one . but this time it was different!!! Beware! One of the employees stole 200$ from my car!!! read more

I came here just recently about 2 weeks ago to get an alignment on my 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. They did a great job aligning my car. My steering wheel was tilted at a 45 degree angle while driving straight because another shop messed up my alignment somehow while upgrading my steering wheel. Anyways the guys at this shop were very helpful. read more

Lorenzo was on time and made my experience a great one! Thanks man! I'll be back for my brakes!

Told me a firm price over the phone and said they would get it done same day before 7pm. Brake job, just replace rotors and pads. Didn't get a call so i decided to call next morning. Got a call at 11am saying it was ready. Showed up aroung 2:20pm, waited an hour due too them installing rotors in the wrong direction and making noise so it was not ready like they said. Finally got it done. But last minute charged 25% more of initial cost. read more

Great service! Lorenzo and his staff are the best. I bring my personal vehicles and my fleet vehicles to them! Definitely recommend them!

One of the worst businesses I have ever visited. I took my car in to get aligned as I left it's still pulling to the side I try to call them phone number doesn't work it was late so the next day I went back they said they didn't have time to fix it they sent me back home. After that the next day I went again mind you I'm driving all the way from Valencia and this morning again they tell me I need new tires. So if I need new tires why wouldn't you tell me that from the beginning instead of jerking me around for three days back-and-forth.Don't trust his business and specially don't trust that guy with all the tattoos that looks like he just came out from La Pinta. I am dumb founded by all the good reviews they took my money and left me high and dry. read more

Returning customer and the service was just as good as the first time. A post online told me these guys can do cars with lowered suspensions which is what brought me here originally. Jose hooked it both times. Highly recommended read more

Lorenzo's Alignment - Tires Near Me - Van Nuys, California

These jackasses did an alignment on my older truck and apparently they didn't have the right specs in the computer so they just decided to "wing it". Well two days later another shop that did have the specs discovered they were waaaay off. I've brought a few vehicles here in the past but never again. Congrats guys. Instead of being honest that your system didn't go back far enough and you decided to wing it, you've not only lost a customer but you gained a bad review. Good luck. read more

I made this alignment shop my official 'to go' shop since 2009 and had good experiences with Stan and his staff. They use top of the line equipment and also carry a variety of used tires. My only complaint is that they always over inflate my tires even when I ask them to set the psi at the manufacturer's recommendation, thus in turn alters the alignment results. Aside from this only drawback, I recommend this place. Just make sure you kindly ask for them to set the correct psi before going in for an alignment. read more

I took my car to change the ball joints , walked in to his office ,he was in his cell plying games or whatever ,did not care or acknowledge me that I am a customer , after I said hi ,he seemed he doesn't care at all ,he asked to see one the mechanic outside ,I went outside asked the mechanic ,he said it will be a few minutes ,so I waited one hour outside ,another customer pulled over and waited a few minutes ,they took his car before mine ,I said wait ,I have been waiting for more than an hour ,the mechanic said sorry ,Lorenzo told me to do other care first , I was very disappointed ,I told Lorenzo I have been waiting for more than an hour ,he said come back tomorrow. this shop owner has no respect for customers and doesn't care anymore I think he is burned out of the business. There are hundreds more mechanic shop around his shop ,I DO NOT recommend Lorenzo Alignment read more

Don't ever go to this place for service! The owner is a weasel. I had a bad feeling when I first walked into this place. Read more for the details. I have all my cars repair/tune up in the same plaza as Lorenzo's Alignment. Since I needed an alignment, I decided to give them a try out of convenience. After the alignment, I paid for the service and asked for a print-out. The guy, whom I guess is the owner, told me that his printer is not working. Sounds suspicious but I had wished he told that before I paid for the service. After driving off the lot, the car still feels off. I had a feeling that I just had been scammed by the guy. I drove straight to my usual place in Chatsworth called Chatsworth Tire. I know them well for their honesty and fair prices. I paid for an alignment inspection and was told that my wheels were not aligned! I paid for the alignment at Chatsworth Tire and the car drives nice. read more

***My review got deleted for some reason, here it is again*** I get my tires done with Stan's Tires right in the same shop. And those guys are good. But Lorenzo's Alignment and all the workers are eh.... I got my ball joints and brake pads installed with a rotor resurfacing. After I paid and picked up my car, my wheels started to making a high pitched sound on one side and a grinding noise on the inside. I brought it in to get it fixed and found out that my rotors were not even resurfaced. They said that I had only paid for the parts to be installed... I was appalled at this. They fixed the grinding sound, and when i drove it on the street the high pitched sound on the other tire was not even fixed. I'm tired of working with these guys, I figure getting stressed there is not worth my time, so I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Besides all that, the customer service is horrible. I have had my share of bad customer service, but this has got to be the worst. The people there can't even communicate properly and they definitely do not know how to treat a customer right. When I brought my car in again, it felt like I was doing something wrong by bringing it in. Is it my fault that you guys have no attention to detail? NO. For everyone out there, do not fall prey to their cheap prices of labor.. I would much rather pay a little more for better customer service and customer satisfaction. read more
