The more expensive option has meat, which is apparently more tasty, but I neither my bfs are fans of fatty meat. We got the steak in medium rare, the server suggests that it is usually cooked rare, but can be done medium rare. It should not be cooked more than that. However, after it comes out, if you are still not satisfied, they can cook it some more for you.
