I purchased my third car from this dealership yesterday, first Volkswagen. I am so impressed with every experience here! INVENTORY: The inventory at Brunswick Auto Mart is huge for both new and pre-owned vehicles. Make sure that you browse all their buildings located within close proximity. Brunswick Volkswagen building specifically has a huge lot of pre-owned vehicles including Volkswagen (new cars are also available). The inventory is available to browse online as well with helpful filters (great for saving time!) All vehicles include videos and CARFAX. It's incredibly easy to browse for experienced car people and those who don't have any idea what's going on like myself. You get a very clear picture of choices before even visiting the dealership. What I most love about Brunswick Volkswagen is that they genuinely want to find you a vehicle that fits all your criteria - budget, mileage, and lifestyle. That's a a huge contrast to other local dealerships I've experienced in the area. They will gladly partner with you and keep an eye out for the best incoming vehicles. I had several choices for my very picky criteria, and the decision was hard (quite a few choices!) Ultimately my choice was WV Jetta. My first Volkswagen after years of being Mazda girl. I especially liked working with sales guy Ravi during my last visit. It was a very stressful and uncertain time for me personally looking for a car after a car accident. I walked into this car dealership and knew that I could just exhale all the stress. Ravi was fantastic with finding the cars within my criteria, explaining the differences between the vehicles, ensuring that the vehicles best match my lifestyle, and making sure that the entire transaction was smooth. He made all of us feel heard - myself and my parents. Ravi also seemed like a genuinely nice person which is also important. I will definitely work with him next time if I ever need another vehicle. Was very knowledgeable about the truck and didn't pressure me in the test drive. I decided to bring my trade in the next day and was given a goos quote for my old truck. I ended up buying the Canyon and the whole process was smooth. Even sitting down with the finance person was smooth and enjoyable. The manager came out and thanked me for my purchase. The service department saved me in a major way today…read more I pulled my camper down to this area and when I got here found the fuel filter was leaking diesel everywhere! I pulled into the service department late on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, hoping they could save me. I had to drive about 2 1/2 hours home on Monday so I had to get this thing fixed. They were nice enough to squeeze me in even though I didn't have an appointment, their diesel tech got to it before too long and got it all fixed up and cleaned up. They had a nice waiting area too for me to sit in and relax while I waited. If you're in the area and you need your car or truck fixed you should definitely check this place out.

I'm sure the codes were cleared momentarily to manipulate the sale. At the time of the sale, I purchased the extended warranty and Next Step was pushy about their shop doing the repairs. The car was with them for months often on because the repairs were so poorly done. The Audi dealership said upon the initial inspection after I purchased the vehicle, reported the repairs would exceed the value of the car, keep in mind this was shortly after the purchase because the check engine lights were on. The car was inspected by 2 independent mechanics after Next Steps "New Engine" installment and the overwhelming report is that the NEXT STEP should never touch a vehicle again. Bolts were missing parts were put in the wrong place, hoses weren't connected properly. The list goes on and on it was about a 10 page detailed report from each in evaluator. The independent mechanics were disgusted that NEXT STEP would take advantage of a customer because Audi prides itself on brand loyalty rather than making a quick slimy sale. Don't walk away from this place, RUN. It's more like NEXT "MISTAKE" rather than NEXT STEP.

On 5/9/2025, I purchased a 2023 Mercedes AMG SL 43 from these con men at Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead. (MBNO). This car had 107 miles on it and was sold to me as the first private owner. On 7/18/2025 I returned the car to the service department with 1761 miles because I was experiencing a rubbing noise when turning the steering wheel and because of a popping and creaking sound when driving, turning and backing up. On 7/21/2025, I returned to this dealer to pick up my car. Service department records found loose strut bolts. Loose strut bolts are extremely dangerous and impact a vehicle's handling, breaking, and overall safety. It can also cause premature wear on other steering and suspension parts. I had a face to face meeting with service advisor Yahya and sales representative Doug regarding these concerns. I asked them to purchase the car back and make me whole. They refused and told me to take the matter up with Mercedes Benz USA. When I asked them to provide me with a loaner vehicle until the matter is resolved, they refused. I was forced to drive the car home and park it in my garage until Mercedes Benz USA determines what it wants to do. This process could take 3 - 6 weeks. Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead sold me a car that should never have left the assembly plant. They endangered my safety and the safety of others. 8/12/2025. Mercedes Benz USA called to inform me that "THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING". 9/2/2025. I called to schedule an appointment because the steering column was making noise. When I purchased the car, Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead told me that if I ever needed to bring my car in for service, they would provide me with a loaner vehicle. What they failed to disclose is that loaner vehicles are not available for 2 weeks. Therefore my appointment is for 9/15/2025. 9/17/2025. MBNO informed me that they could not duplicate the problem. 9/18/2025. Same problem. I had to wait until 9/30/2025 to take the car back and have a loaner. 10/3/2025, MBNO calls me and said that they could not duplicate the problem. Service adviser Josh, told me to record the noise on my phone. 10/6/2025 I returned with the audio and video of the steering column making noise. I suggested to Josh and another useless Service Advisor named Stacy that we listen to the audio in a quiet place and not in the noisy service area. Neither Stacy or Josh would honor my request. I'm scheduled to return the car on 10/16/2025. They want to keep it for a week. I did exactly as Josh suggested and he dismissed my concerns 10/17/2025. Service Department records state that they "found a document" instructing them to remove the steering rack and pack it with grease. I've had to return the car for They also told me that the manufacturers warranty begins on the day it rolls of the assembly line. Since I purchased the car new, I should have a 4 year, 50,000 mi warranty. They lied to me and only gave me 2.5 years. I was pressured into buying a very expensive warranty on a NEW CAR. Today they want me to pay for services that should have been completed 8 months before I purchased the car. And I don't have a choice. They will void the warranty if I do not. I know this sounds unbelievable but it's true. The people that work here are absolutely despicable. BTW. In a good faith effort, I paid cash for this piece of junk. If you are thinking of purchasing a car at Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead, consider this review.
