There were also small dog toys on clearance throughout the store, and I picked up a few to surprise my pup on the next upcoming holidays (have to hide it from her!!). The plush dog toys were so small but cute, and my pup loves the smaller dog toys. I ended up also picking up a Plato Dog's Salmon Treat and a Etta says Dog Treat Yummy Stick. There were a lot of other specials like buy one get one 50% off as well. Will have to drop by to see what other things I can find! Glad I got to visit this store. I'm a fan!

If you go on their website, they do a good job in explaining the exact location! I'm not sure if there are more than one owner but I've only spoken to the lady in the front (Angela). She's always been so nice and gentle to my baby Luna! We take her here to get groomed because for the service and price, it literally can't be beat. She also took Luna in for a last minute appointment even though she closes early today. Very very accommodating. Overall a hidden gem that needs to be more known! After extensive research I chose this place and it will be my first and only groomer for my baby :) P.S I think we chose the 4th cut because we didn't wanna make her look too bald. Angela did warn us that because Luna's hair is straight, the hair would stick up if we chose the 4th setting but we don't mind the outcome :) One final P.S .... remember to tip well!!! She deserves it

I would come here again but primarily as a last-minute backup…read more Pros: Accepted my appt even though I called ten minutes beforehand. Quick, finished in under 3 hours. Clean, the place didn't smell of urine. Quiet, there wasn't a ton of machines running and dogs barking. I believe this is because the place had lots of space and rooms to compartmentalize, rather than packed in one small room. Kind people, the lady was very nice and accommodating to my requests. Con: The actual haircut didn't look that great. The groomer listed when I pointed out some fixes and adjusted accordingly. However I could tell inherently, the cut wasn't that great. It was even and the wash was done well, but the actual aesthetics were not there. My shih tzu was done in a way that left her eyes looking very sunken in. I included a photo taken after some adjustments.

0/5 Should be an option for zero…read more Do not leave your pet here! I gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe it was a small business. On the phone Mr. Booker seemed to understand what I wanted. I was told it would be all good... I was not. When I showed up I should've known... I showed up 4 minutes early then was told to walk my dog on the grass (so the "grass" was in between the parking lot isles which had glass) but I had trust they'd be nice then they plopped him in a crate while yelling to get a leash. I was like how do they have 155 reviews at 4.7. It must be for a good reason right?! As I went to my car a grandma was dropping off a dog at the same time so it made me feel better. When I picked him up...He then said "half his eyelashes were cut"!! As a dog mom I thought okay maybe he moved? Then when their only payment is cash or Zelle (red flag/or supporting local) he mentions my dog scratched him and I lied about the size of my shih tzu. I pick up my dog and look at his front nails and they looked ok. I should've looked at the back. When I brought Chewie into my car to see his brother they are usually so excited... Chewie immediately ran underneath my car seat and didn't get out til the garage door closed while I parked...at my house. I was livid. Then they didn't mention they cut my dogs quick "because it happens a lot", but they did mention they cut Chewie's eyelashes. My dog was so scared I could not reach to pet him once. So I called the owner the story changed 4 times. Started with "he wanted to jump off...He jumped but we got him...Then he had the lead on and tried to jump..." then finally "he could never jump w the lead on." So who knows the story because their cameras don't work-I asked. He has been boarded for many vacations and groomed many times and never showed this behavior. While on the phone with the owner I asked to see the area they were bathed in..he said that was not possible. I just wanted to see how it could've differed from his previous groomers. Something happed to my dog and I don't think I can ever find out. I've collected the business information for reference below. THE PET SERVICE, LLC Jeremy Booker, Manager of Operations

Unfortunately one star is the least that I can put. My father in law were in need of a groomer,…read morethey came in hoping we could get my dog in for an appointment. Owner/groomer said they would groom him today, even without an appointment. Keep in mind this was at 11AM. They told my father in law to pick up our dog at 5PM (I was thinking to myself that's WAY too long to keep a dog to get groomed). We come at 5, THEY WERE CLOSED. They told us to come at 7PM instead. That's VERY suspicious. I'd also like to add when they asked what breed our dog was (he's a yorkie) they mentioned they had 3, but they're girls. We come back at 7 AND STILL CLOSED, no one in sight in the store. So we called and called, no one was picking up. We finally get an answer and we're just demanding to get our dog back. I don't care if he was half done or anything. I just wanted my dog, period. IT TOOK THE MAN 30 MINUTES TO BRING HIM OUT. Like what are you doing with him? I ended up calling the police, because no one was answering, no one was in the store, the store was closed, I still didn't have my dog. Like what else was I supposed to do? Leave my baby in there and not know what they're doing to him??!! They brought him out with the leash so tight you can hear my dog choking. :( I got so mad and told the man he was chocking him. I heard him talk under his breath saying he wasn't choking him. Booooy. You were a lucky man today, let me tell you. THEY DID NOT DO ANY WORK ON MY DOG. Didn't groom him, didn't bathe him, didn't cut his nails, FOR A WHOLE 8 HOURS. NOTHING. NADA. My dog smelt WORSE. I got the nastiest attitude from them. Jeremy and Charles or whatever their names were. They didn't even introduce themselves. So I'm convinced they were doing illegal breeding without our consent with their 3 girl yorkies with MY DOG. DISGUSTING. Owners should be ASHAMED of themselves. Horrible customer service, animal abusers, sexist, and utterly rude. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY HERE. I don't know how they have great reviews. The place is dingy, unorganized, it stinks, go somewhere else where you know your dog will be loved and well taken care of. 4.7 rating las nalgas.
