No matter how tired you are or what's going on in your personal life- always take care of the customer! Make them feel welcomed, comfortable, be friendly! I only left with a purchase bc when you return something for store credit you HAVE to use it same day. Interesting but okay. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and getting over a terrible cold. Finishing my last minute "to do's" I walked in with a bag of 3 outfits I received for Christmas that had Carter tags on them. It was 6pm on a Sunday and like I said, super pregnant and getting over a cold I threw my hair up and put on the most comfy sweats I owned. This girl looked at me like I was white trash and trying to pull a fast one on her. Not even realizing one tag said Macy's she just responded "if it says Macy's it won't scan in our system" (thank you captain obvious i figured that much, just didn't realize it until i got there). I told her "oh no problem I can take it to Macy's, do you think I can return these for store credit please?" From there on out our interaction was so awkward and cold. She was extremely unfriendly and seemed super miserable and annoyed that I was in her store. After picking out two cute outfits we used our credit and left- I believe I was the one who had to say "thanks so much, have a good night". Now a few hours later I told my boyfriend "we should shop there now for the baby, the clothes were cute and good prices". He responded "i don't want to go back, the ladies working were so rude". And he is a very easy going guy and doesn't let much bother him. Overall the store was clean and organized which is important as well. Just a major bummer with the service- a staff that is cold and doesn't make a customer feel comfortable while shopping is bad news bears for business. :( This place sucks

He takes pictures of my table when I am standing next to it instead of behind it to make it look like I left my table alone. He has even accused me of damaging his car and leaving bad reviews under different names. Neither of which I have ever done. Obviously he is so disrespectful enough to other people as to have these things done. For a while he would constantly say hello to me or wave at me from his car like a ridiculous dramatic child that wants attention and wants to feel like a big man, but needs to grow up, move on, focus on his own business and life. I intentionally avoid eye contact with him because he will see it as an open to say hello to me. You are not my friend. You actively work against my ability to feed to myself. Your phony baloney is obvious. If you were smart, Alan, you would have made good with me and then I would have recommended your business to people passing by. It can get a bit chilly on the beach at the Hotel del Coronado, so it was nice to find a store with some cute hoodies for both boys and girls. What catches your eye first are those beautiful window displays. The surfboards and colorful clothes make this store really fun. The playful art in the window was very cute as well. My son needed at jacket, and we found a great Quicksilver hoodie right away. It was nice to find something he'd actually wear after our trip to The Del. When we told her that we were visiting the Hotel del Coronado for their stunning Christmas tree, she so helpfully told us about the tree's history and some fun information about the hotel's annual Christmas ornament.
