Half of the staff there is rude and I just let it go, last time I did say something because I was annoyed. Thursday I was there with my daughter,my mom, sister and niece. My sister asked to use the restroom and they said they can use the restroom in an hour. Well they shopped, kept shopping and my mom asked to use the fitting rooms and they told her the fitting rooms were not available. My daughter asked to use the bathroom again along with my mom and they said the bathroom were out of service but they let another lady use the restroom. My daughter took a pic. Then my sister went to pay and the employee there said "can you hurry up, you are suppose to take the hangers off the clothes" in a very rude way. I paid for my stuff, drive home and my family told me everything that had happened. I was livid and will report to corporate. I know I would have gone off on the lady...it's the damn Filipina lady who is rude ass hell! Lady, i hope you read this and know you are a rude and very miserable human being! Their prices on boards and gear seem fair too. Also, they are also honest with beginners. I chatted with them about it before because I have seen people out on big days with rental boards where honestly it is unsafe for them to be out, but those people rented from a different shop in town. I really appreciate that they won't rent to beginners when conditions are unsafe for them to be out (both for them and for the rest of us).

It's a 15 min drive down scenic hwys 35 & 1 from me in the Sunset, and the cool air and scenery come in handy after reviewing my gawdawful swings on video sometimes... I've always been a mediocre hitter, but now I can finally get the reps I need to build some new muscle memory and start hitting better.

I went next door to Burlington. I immediately found my size. I tried the shoes on and they fit fine. The price was reasonable. As I was paying, I noticed Loss Prevention staring at me. As soon as I paid, Loss Prevention smiled. I guess there must be a lot of stealing going on at that store, hence, Loss Prevention at the door. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and if the need arises, I will return.

Used to be a a good place to find winter wear for a good price. Not a place where you can find anyone to answer questions and it's a long line to check out. Value is their pricing. And may be a good place for stocking stuffers.
