I enjoyed playing pool here! Each game is $1.25 in quarters, and they have a change machine if you don't have any quarters. The change machine accepts $1 and $5 bills, and you can get cash at the bar with your card if you don't have any. Keep in mind, you are paying per game, so playing 9-ball, which requires less balls, may add up quickly. We visited on a Monday night and we had no trouble getting a table without waiting. Our table did not have a cue bridge stick (I use it because I can not reach some shots), but the people at the table beside us were kind enough to let us use theirs :). While I did not try any of their food or drinks, my friend shared that his drinks were good and incredibly affordable. He said a rum and coke was about only $4, which is a great deal! There is smoking, so if you're sensitive to it, you might want to consider some other options. But if that's not an issue, this is a very reliable spot with enough tables to play pool, along with the option to eat and drink! read more

I came here this weekend for a paint event, and it was an okay venue for that purpose. It's definitely a sort of dive bar kind of vibe. They have a front non-smoking area and a back smoking area -- but you can still smell a lot of smoke in the non-smoking section. So, as someone who is sensitive to that, that was a drawback. The drink selection isn't the greatest. I went with a beer because the only wine is those little airplane bottles of swill. The staff was friendly though and there was plenty of parking. A few people in the party ordered food and none of it looked particularly fabulous. So if you have low expectations, this place has some fun to offer. read more

NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT GO!!! No stars. I showed up with my husband and a friend visiting from out of town. Started off fun, from what I thought. The bouncers were laughing with me, bartender was amazing. But the night took a turn, when my sister needed to use the bathroom (which was closed for some reason). She was in a boot due to an ankle injury and could not walk ALLLLLL THE WAY to the other area of this establishment to use the restroom. The bartender told her to go ahead and used the closed one. The second my sister got through the "closed" sign, the shit security people yall probably don't pay enough started yelling at her and told her to walk her ass to the back, since she had done it all night. For the record, it was her FIRST TIME using the bathroom that night. The evening continues going south after we tried to explain how she was injured and was assured she could use the closer restroom. The security ended up kicking us out, over A BATHROOM. A shame, because we were there to drop money and tipped the bartender very well. We will not be going back, despite how nice the bartender was and how much she begged us to come back. Screw you're establishment. Screw you're security. Do better! I cannot believe yall would kick paying customers out for standing up for a person who has physical injuries. It was my first time visiting and I'll never be back. The vast majority of tables need new felt badly, the balls aren't in great shape and overall I did not enjoy my pool experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun I had here over the weekend! I do not play pool but there were a lot of tables and always at least one vacant for those who wanted to get a game in. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and accommodating. Every time I would say "Can I have..." the bartender would say "Of course you can!", I loved that. It was a Saturday and I think I got there before 9, at the time drafts were like 1.99 or something like that. I had a couple mixed drinks and none of them were over $8. I also ordered the chicken finger basket which was MORE than enough for me and my girlfriend to share. Just good ole American food. The real reason I come here is for the free poker Wednesday and Sunday night at 7pm. The pizza I ordered today was decent. Word to the wise...pass on the marinara. I usually get wings from here or this HUGE burger that is usually on special with fries for about 6 bucks. Nice place to kick back and relax and grab a cold one with the boys. We've come here a few times. The first two times, the bartender was nice but the waitresses took well over 15 minutes to approach us, so we would just order from the bar. We've had appetizers and sandwiches, all were decent. Recently, it was our last time here. We finally got good, quick, and constant service from the waitress. However, when it came to pay the tab, she handed me someone else's debit card. I brought this up and she went searching for mine. Turns out she gave my debit card to somebody else. I play on a league here every Sunday night and I enjoy being here. Longshots has a total bar atmosphere. Loud music, people engaging in friendly competition, drinks and good food. During football season you can come here and enjoy some beers and root for your team or against another team while the game is projected on the wall. There are also several TV's in every corner if you want to watch another game or something else. They is always some event going on everyday of the week and hold contests on every holiday. The only reason Longshots isn't getting a 5 star rating from me is because there are times when it can get busy and service gets a little slow. I've seen times when the staff can get a little moody just because they get busy which is somewhat understandable but anger or moodiness should never be taken out on the people bringing the place business. There are also times when it can get crowded, but then again this isn't your average pool hall. You do have to pay $1.25 for every game of pool you play but they do have a convenient change machine and this is sometimes better than having a set rate of $9-$12/hr. Last but not least it's almost an all smoking facility. There is a small section in the front of the building where there are two billiards tables, a small bar, dart boards and some arcade games. Overall, great place but don't be surprised if you find any of the above. Again this is not your average pool hall. EDIT: Long Shots received it's fifth star from me! The more you become a regular the friendly the staff and the atmosphere becomes. The bar has been improved and more events have been added to the nights of the week. Dont come here expecting too much. Its free to get in, the drinks are good and priced on average, not dirt cheap or expensive, but your $11 long island will be the best you've ever had. The food is below average so I would avoid it completely unless you're starving. I had a Philly cheese steak and it was so dry, I knew it was steak ums, but a little mayo helped. The pool tables arr 1.50 a game which isnt terrible, after 9 they fill up quick so if you want to play come early. As most standard pool halls, smoking inside is allowed, they do have a small section up front that is non smoking and less crowded. For the games, atmosphere and drinks ill be back. read more

I go here all the time and absolutely love this place. It not a restaurant at all. Its a bar with tons of pool tables and dart boards. Great for socializing and the food is good too. First off I only go there once a year because for some reason the APA playoffs are here. That said I've been there three times, I don't look forward to going back at all. Pulling into the shared parking lot is in itself a joke, every time I've been left parking in the back next to some car leasing company which seems to block me in every time upon leaving. Upon entry, the room you enter into is suppose to be the non-smoking area, it reeks more than the smoking area. I rushed walking through to get away from the stench! I kept to a table and the first hour not one person there asked if I wanted anything. I held the menu, tapped it on the table, I waved it, and still no response from the staff. Every time I've been there I've watched the wait staff tend to their regulars, ignoring the new faces. Nice welcome. I ended up going up to the bar to order food n drink. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak n fries, it was so dry I couldn't eat it, I drank all my water trying to wash it down because it was so dry. I only could eat have as I was full of water. The pool tables are so close if you have a shot on the rail with a table behind you, the table is going to be in your way. Too many pool tables crammed in the back rooms. Te have lots of TVs all playing the same thing. Music was mixed, country, rock, pop, no complains on the music. The seating is sparse, lighting is very dark, even above the pool tables. The carpet is so disgusting I washed my shoes after I showered from the smell of the place still lingering on me when I left, I'm being very serious. This place gives dive bars a bad name. Long Shots is incredible! My baby shower was hosted there today and everything was perfect! We had the entire front room! We were able to decorate it exactly how I pictured. The service was great! All of my guests had cold drinks in their hands the entire time! And the food was delicious! They completed a pregnant woman's menu, which can be tricky! I was told this was the best baby shower many of my guests had ever been to and that would not have been accomplished without the great service represented by Long Shots and their team! read more
