My wife and I drove both of our vehicles there this morning, Sunday November 25th. We drove 40 minutes to get there and leaving our home in Fairlawn at 6:15 a.m. because they are located in Ravenna and open at 7:00 a.m. We waited in line for approximately 45 minutes because it was 1st come, 1st serve and there was a line of vehicles already waiting ahead of us, only to have a woman come up to me and say their lift had broken.
She proceeded to inform the vehicles behind me. I then asked her, if she thought they would be able to fix the lift shortly and she responded that she wasn't sure and that she had to inform everyone.
I then asked her, if it was okay to wait a little bit because there was only one vehicle ahead of me and after driving 40 minutes and waiting 45 minutes after arriving there.
She raised her voice at me and yelled pull off to the side. I then decided at that moment, I wasn't going to stay because of the way she was handling the situation or me, I then responded to her, have a nice life and I then started to drive away, she then yelled loudly at me, well Merry Christmas to you.
I understand things happen but she could have handled her crisis in a way more professional manner. read more
