What I mean by that is that both the RPMs and resistance are displayed as numbers on the bike. At the beginning of each song the instructor will tell you what RPM number to target, and what level of resistance you want to aim for - The instructors are awesome with people who are new to spin, new to the studio, or (like me) just really bad at setting up their bike. - Compared to a lot of other places, they're pretty affordable. If you follow them on social media they also run periodic sales where you can sometimes get a small pack of classes for $10-11 each The only real drawback is that sometimes the music is so loud it's hard to hear the instructor over it.
