It offers a decent sized women's only area and has a class room and a separate cycle room allowing for multiple classes to be held at the same time. The actual large room for the gym has most machines you could want to use. The overall look is old and run down, and some of the machines are a little outdated. When compared with Planet Fitness in Fall River this place looks worn and tired. Why do I come? I do really love the classes that are offered like zumba and strength classes. Downside to the class room is the large columns in the middle of the room. But the room is very large.
