I love my lashes! I had purchased a Groupon (FYI - if you don't want to buy through Groupon, you can just call them and ask if they'll honor the same Groupon price for new customers . . . . so you don't have to deal w/Groupon expiration dates or purchasing through the app etc) for a full set of lashes. Scheduling was super easy - I called them, booked, and then they sent me reminder texts. I *love* when businesses text! Anyways, the lashes I got are beautiful and perfect. I kept falling asleep bc the technician was so gentle. The gel pads didn't hurt my eyes, and the customer service there overall is amazing. This is probably the most well managed lash place I've been to, outside of Amazing Lashes. The interior is beautiful and clean as well. They even reached out to me afterwards to make sure I was taken care of and the service was satisfactory. For budget reasons, I won't be doing eyelash extensions for a while, but if I ever need them for an event, I would definitely come here again! Recap: 1) Great customer service 2) Great results 3) Clean, on time, nice and professional studio read more

I looked like I had spiders on my eyes. The lashes are way too clumped together which is from a lack of fanning the extensions before being glued. I hated these so much that after trying to brush them in the car for 5 minutes, I went back in and told the technician (Vy) to remove them. First, she tried to say she would remove some for a more natural look..but I didn't want her to start picking lashes off and risk damaging my own lashes. Plus, it's the technique that's not done well..not the quantity of lashes. She eventually removed the lashes but did not wait long enough for the remover to break down the glue and started picking off the extensions...which HURT. Not to mention, I still have clumps of glue stuck to my lashes. After everything, she decided to refund me the cost of the lashes..but kept her tip. I wasted 3.5 hours of my life.. and learned a lesson. Don't just look at the business photos--ask to see pictures of work from technicians. I thought some of the pictures on this page looked decent, but the technicians who did those doesn't work here anymore. UPDATE: Well, next morning and my eyelashes are ruined. There's so much glue touching the skin that it feels super irritating. There is a coating of glue on some of my natural eyelashes that they feel stiff like plastic. If I try to remove them, my own lashes fall off. read more

Had an awesome experience today at Longmi Lashes. Upon walking in, seeing all the celebrity photo messages, you can already feel and expect a quality experience. I came in the morning on a weekday so it was pretty quiet and plenty of parking spaces. (Usually the lot is packed) There is a nice ambience inside. The clear doors make it seem like you are in a private room. I just got the regular full set of lashes which was enough for me. This is my second time getting lashes, the first time here at Longmi. It was a very smooth and positive experience. Pain free. But be ready to have your eyes closed for about it an hour or so. At the end, tape for your under eyelids didn't hurt when the technician pulled it off. Yay! I will definitely be back and I can't wait to get my eyelashes done again. I highly recommend long me for anyone who's looking to try eyelashes for the first time or anyone looking to find a trustworthy place! read more

This is probably the best eyelash place in Southern Orange County. If you're super particular about your eyelash extensions and want to pay a fair price for them, do yourself a favor and call Longmi Lashes Lake Forest. Lilly was my technician and she is an absolute sweetheart and a true professional eyelash artist. I asked for super dramatic, full set and she gave me just that! :) I've been to a couple other eyelash places and none of them come close to Longmi Lashes. Even the receptionist Denise was awesome! I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!! THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE LADIES! :) read more

This was my first time getting lash extensions and I absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and the ambience is very glamorous. The decor has something of a Beverly Hills motif. Celebrities photos all over the walls, it's cute, very pretty. Daniel is the owner and he's a doll. Super busy guy but he took the time to explain lashes to me. I had no idea there were different types. 9 patterns so they'll accommodate to your natural lashes. This place just opened and they're completely booked. Luckily I was able to get an apt in on a Saturday morning. Call to make an appointment guys. The lashes I got are the natural lashes done by Yen. As I mentioned, it was my first time and the she made me at ease. Longmi Lashes ftw. Definitely going to be a regular read more

If I could I would give the front desk a -0 for there lack of respect to there customers, I would. Twice in a row I made an appointment over the phone. I asked the price and when I was in last to make sure I was not going to be over charged. After the information was given to me I repeated it to confirm the information i received was correct. The first time I was told it would be $45.00. When I went to pay they told me it was $70.00. WHAT.... The second appointment I was told the price went up to $49.00 which was fine. When I arrived the front desk remembered me. Thank goodness she wanted to informer me that the price was $60.00. Once again WHAT.... Then she raised her voice & tried arguing which Me. I was not interested. She also told me that they are the only store in the franchise that is state board certified. Yikes. That's not good. I'll go somewhere else. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had my first eyelash extensions today at Longmi Lashes. Since it was a new experience I was nervous. The staff made sure I was comfortable and took excellent care of me. Not only were my extensions amazing, but the prices were amazing as well. The owner, Daniel and his technicians were all friendly, and made the experience fun! Everyone there made me feel like family. The establishment is so nicely put together, and so neat and tidy. My technician Lilly was so kind and she did a wonderful job. My lashes looked so natural and beautiful! While the technicians I've had do my lashes at Longmi Lashes have always done a wonderful job, the turnover of the technicians is high. I believe something is going on with whoever is running the business. I was sent a text to receive 50% off my next 3 visits so I made an appt to return and confirmed the price. Unfortunately when I went in, the Mgmt had not informed the technicians & they know nothing about the discount. Then the technicians kept quoting me a wide variety of prices to do my fill set of lashes. It was all very confusing. read more

It's been 3 weeks after my very first lash appointment. I wanted to wait a little bit before writing a review. The process itself was quick and the lashes were soft enough that I didn't feel them at all. During the application process, one of the techs had set a timer on her phone which was ringing constantly as she was not there to turn it off. After it finally stopped, a few minutes later, it went off again. When you're laying there with your eyes closed and trying to relax, the ringing alarm is all you can focus on and it is crazy annoying! It definitely took away from the relaxing time I was hoping to have. I loved the feel of the lashes but unfortunately it didn't last as long as I had hoped. I was told it should last at least 2 weeks. By day 3, a few large chunks from my right eye had fallen off and it now looked incredibly uneven. I took care to not get it wet or wipe or rub. No eye makeup or sleeping on it. Didn't work... a good amount was gone before my family photo shoot (one week after getting the extensions) . The left eye, on the other hand, has lasted for the most part. read more

This is my second visit to Longmi Lashes, Lake Forest. I returned as scheduled, for my 3 week refill appointment. My rating for this establishment has changed. But now, it is a 5+++!!! My silk lashes truly look AMAZINGLY thick and long. The $49.00 grand opening special consisting of a natural full set of lashes is still available and now, the wonderful owner Daniel, added a return eyelash refill visit cost of ONLY $30.00. That is a FANTASTIC price for a professional, clean, well staffed, beautifully decorated shop. I would highly recommend scheduling - (949) 707-5767 - your appointment with the effective, efficient LORI KIM. She is TERRIFIC and her high level of experience is apparent in the finished product. I really like this place!! I was a long time customer of a different lash place for over 6 years. Their lack of consistency was what made me finally decide to leave and look elsewhere. I tried 3 different lash places and was disappointed all 3 times. Finally I decided to try Longmi and I am SO glad I did. I was driving by the plaza one day and happened to see their pricing on the windows (great idea!) and decided to walk in and make an appointment. I went to Vee and was extremely satisfied! She's been my girl ever since! On occasion I have to go to other girls due to my work schedule, but the thing I really appreciate about Longmi is that they write down my lash numbers so that even if I go to another artist, my results will be the same every time!! One thing that really bothered me about my last lash place, was that I would go to the same person, but I'd always have different results. Some days I'd have nice natural lashes and other days, I'd leave with long Vegas lashes!! So happy that I have found Longmi. Their pricing is fair and their work is very good. My lashes always last until my next visit (usually every 2 weeks). I also never have a problem getting an appointment whenever I call. Great lash salon. I'll definitely be a long time customer! read more

I wanted to wait a few weeks to review the whole process starting from my visits to the end of my lash cycle. I really don't want to give them a bad review because my lash technicians were nice and polite. I hope they can instead learn from my honest review. I really do like that they are conveniently located by me. The establishment is clean. I just find it strange that each stall is separated with plexiglass so there really isn't much privacy. The beds they have you lay on are fairly comfortable. The lights they use are super blinding, but that's a small price you pay for looking good. First visit: Prior to coming, I called to book an appointment and asked how much it would be for a full set. They told me it would be $69. That is a steal! Upon arriving, I confirmed one more time that the first full set will be $69. My technician was also named Amy. She was very sweet. She asked me what my preferences were. I insisted that I want the C curl at 13 length with the cat eye affect. I have really hooded lids so I knew I couldn't handle lots of curl, but she insisted that I try the C+ curl with the "open" affect. Since it was only my second time getting lash extensions, I figured she knew better than me so I went with her suggestion. Throughout the process, she was very gentle. However, she did get a little glue in my eye, but she quickly wiped it away. After completion, she told me she went ahead with the C curl with the cat eye (my original request). It rubbed me the wrong way that not once did she consult the changes with me. I wish she had told me that she was going to change her plan. Also I think she assumed I had been there before, because she didn't send me home with any care instructions. I noticed that some lashes didn't sit straight; some were slanted and it made my lashes look weird. Second visit: I came about 2 weeks later for a fill appointment. I was told that the fill would be $49. This time, Kevin was my technician. Upon meeting him, I asked if he could straighten out the slanted lashes. He said he would try. During the process, I could tell that he took more care and skill applying the extensions. After he was done, I went to the cashier and she told me the fill would be $59. I insisted that she told me it was $49. However since Kevin already put down the price in the machine so she couldn't change it. I just sucked it up and paid it since I was in a rush. Throughout the time I had extensions, my lashes would constantly be tangled and I would have to brush them all the time. The slanted lashes really got caught in the other lashes. A few weeks later when it was time for my lashes to fall out (due to natural cycle), my lashes came out in clumps. Some of my natural lashes had up to 6 extensions on it. Due to the weight of the lashes, my follicles were ruined. I was left without any of my natural lashes. I had gone to a different LongMi location for my first visit, so I'm fairly certain it wasn't the glue/materials used. read more

I called and visited a few salons to gain more insight about eyelash extensions since I've never gotten them before. I inquired with a few other places and have decided to go with Longmi based purely on customer service. This place is so ridiculously bad! Bad customer service. I got there early for my appt and the owner said to wait another 5 min. 30 min later I'm still waiting. Later that day, I had things to do. I usually come to this location... but because something came up on my end, I had to cancel my appointment at this location. However, my lashes were needing some love at this point. I called their new Laguna Niguel location(which I live closer to) in hopes that someone can fill my lashes ASAP. Katelyn was so helpful! She informed me that the owner, Daniel, was in and that he could do my lashes in about 2 hours. She even called the Lake Forest location to get all my info. I got to the salon, and Daniel tells Katelyn that I've been a loyal customer. I started going to Longmi when they first opened the Lake Forest location. He showed me around and we chatted for a bit. I informed him the bed was much more comfortable at this location, and he tells me he'll change them at the Lake Forest location as well. We chatted for a bit but I fell asleep at some point. He was so gentle. I woke up around the time he was finishing up. He did a beautiful Kim K style on me. I've gotten so many compliments. Daniel was so lovely to speak to. I could tell just how much he loves doing lashes and his business. read more

I am so glad that I went to Vivian for my eyebrows tattooing. I heard great things about the procedure but was nervous and concerned about the pain and how it would turn out. Vivian's professional demeanor and advice calmed my nerves. After around 3 days of healing, my brows look amazing and very natural! It looks like I have full eyebrows that have been freshly filled - not too much of the intense look. I was a bit worried about this, and Vivian was precise and experienced to create the shape and look best fitting for my face and style. She was also caring, and followed up with me regularly to make sure it was healing and I was happy with the outcome. I highly recommend going to Vivian and will connect with her on any future touch-ups! Thank you, Vivian! - Tiffany read more

My first lash experience was with a technician named Kevin - he failed horribly at giving me beautiful, natural lashes. They were clumpy and he had the audacity to tell me it's because my base lashes wouldn't hold up. Fast forward to my fill in 2.5 weeks later - Helen did my lashes and THEY'RE GLORIOUS!!!
